Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
This is key from the RNS: “investment committee approval”. Great that this has already been granted but the key is that they have one, a committee! This is not a single big pocketed investor, this suggests a fund or a corporation.
Anyone got thoughts on their definition of LOI. If you Google this, it’s Letter of Intent. But they say letter of interest. Is it different? Or the same?
If my misses gave me a letter of interest, I wouldn’t hold my breath. But if she gave me a letter of intent, I’d be between the sheets before the ink dried!
Don’t hold your breath, they promised them by 2020, been working on it over 13 years! Will cost an arm and a leg for the first decade even if they do manage it. Super cars of the 2040s maybe, Hyundai and Kia….maybe not! Yawn.
It’s been in a converging symmetrical triangle for just over a year now (daily chart) and it’s getting into a very tight trading range; could break out at any minute and 8p would be on the cards. Make the most of sub5 as it won’t last long.
I asked Chat GPT who is the most factual poster on here:
I’m not one for inflating egos but…
The answer!
“That is a difficult question to answer, as different posters may have different sources and perspectives on the facts. However, based on the web search results123, one possible way to measure the factualness of the posters is to look at the number and quality of references they provide to support their claims. For example, a poster who cites official reports, reputable news outlets, or reliable data sources may be more factual than a poster who relies on personal opinions, rumours, or speculation.
Using this criterion, one poster who seems to provide more facts than others is CleverThoughts. This poster often refers to the company’s announcements, such as the [DFC grant], the [placing], and the [DFS progress]. They also compare BRES with other graphite companies, such as [Syrah] and [Savannah], using relevant metrics and data. They also acknowledge the risks and uncertainties involved in investing in BRES, such as the [political situation] in Uganda and the [market volatility] of graphite. These references indicate that CleverThoughts has done some research and analysis on BRES and its industry, and is not just making unsubstantiated claims or predictions.”
Anything less than £1 per share would be theft. Remember we are looking at, and pricing, just 1% of our total asset.
CT, think you should be known as Sub5.
I completely get your rationale for that superb entry point; but those days are getting short and we are all awaiting sub50 to join this board; right after FOMO and the heard joins in!
Remember these days everyone. We will look back and smile. GLA.

DFC have billions to invest in Africa, and they have many attractive financing structures for small enterprises. This can only be good for Blencowe now that they have the grant.
This small bird is now under a very big wing!
My gut tells me that these market makers are short and doing anything to keep the price down. Blencowe have really taken everyone by surprise by not needing to raise cash in the market at this stage.
If they are short then this may explode as they try to unwind positions.
I can’t see any other rationale for their reluctance to let it rally.
I think the first few minutes of this interview with the CEO of t he DFC is worth a watch. Whilst Blencowe is not mentioned, it emphasises their focus on supporting small to medium size enterprises in Africa, and really shows how serious and big their pockets are!

The SPG test is essential but feels like a formality given that the starting concentrate is already 97-98%.
What’s most interesting and perhaps overlooked is this statement in the RNS: “The expectation would be for a larger project from day one with a downstream processing facility built in-country to produce an uncoated battery-ready 99.95% SPG product.”
In Mikes words: this turns a $700 product to a $2500 product. $$$$$

Blencowe Resources announces "huge" $5mln DFC grant award for Orom-Cross Graphite Project

This is MASSIVE news. I just don’t think people can understand the magnitude and meaning of it. Got too much AIM oil between the ears!
This puts a lot of leverage in Blencowe’s hands at the negotiating table with other potential partners. They could easily find the other finance for the DFS now.
Just think about what they have achieved here: This little U.K. fish just got all of America looking!, China’s looking, and soon the whole world will be looking, and wanting; and guess what, we have shed loads of high quality graphite to serve them all! Unbelievable.
We’ve been handed £5m and don’t need to pay it back until production. We have the US wanting first refusal on fully funding our first plant! Come on! Are you really having a debate here about a couple of million for a DFS! Some people need to wake up and most simply need to hold on tight to their bags. The sharks are all around now and they just want to take them from you.
I’m very much doubting that they will be turning to the market to raise cash now. But even if they did, SO WHAT, I’ve been here since the beginning, been through all of share issues; still holding my bags and still holding my value; and still sitting on the biggest opportunity of our time! You can try and time your entry, talk all day about how they will raise cash but just step back and look at the size of this opportunity.
Everything to date, all the figures, all the deals is linked to less than 1% of our permitted land. EVERYTHING.
We all know this could 10 bag just on this development alone. Can you imagine what mining 10% of this land will be like. They can partner with as many groups as are interested. Amazing.
Don’t waste your opportunity debating a couple of £m for a DFS. Who cares how they get the cash. It really does not matter.
Still sitting on 1.5m shares and will do for a long long time to come.
Critical minerals will be a major market in future.
And if Graphene gets out of the labs and into mass market! Which is starting to happen. Double win!(Not much focus is put on graphene right now, but its properties will be a game changer in manufacturing)

And remember, all discussion and agreements would just cover 1% of the area covered by the permit. I think there is enough raw material for all countries that may be interested. This is what differentiates Blencowe from others. 2Bln tonnes!!! Massive!
I wonder if the rise has something to do with the Atlantic declaration:

LTH Holding over 1.5m myself so only takes a few like minded people to soak up the free float.
I don’t have a price target, ten bags is a real possibility but holding for the long run. Have to keep reminding myself that all the price targets and
Project economics are based on just 1% of their land! It’s not only off take agreements that will be attractive, farm outs to other wannabe producers with royalties payments for their production is another potential profit stream.
the potential of orom-cross is staggering.

Also got AET results due any time (jan 16th)
“The AET Co testing is expected to take around 3 months to complete, after which Blencowe will know its end product has been tested all the way through to (lithium-ion) battery grade product. Testing will also be done on the co**** flake products to ensure they are suitable for expandability, which will ultimately lead to offtake contracts for this higher-value product class also. ”
