Someone is building a position big time.
Will we get a TR1? Seems unlikely that two separate investors would make identical purchases. We had another 1m share trade the other day that also went unnoticed.

My view, Free floating shares must be drained dry now. Very sticky shares.

I wonder if they will produce a new research note soon?

Past note was prior to Jorc and we smashed the estimates! Now drilling to increase further.

They proposed an SP of 21p based on 10Mt and we hit 16Mt now looking at higher than 20Mt!

Solid update on the finances yesterday. Very controlled spend. Directors took very little in remuneration which shows their commitment to the project success. Great job.

This slow burn with a high potential project could easily result in a multi bagger once the awareness kicks in.

Clearly some stock building going on, including myself!

Looks like they increased there holdings by just under 4million shares based on their last TR1 and opened up just over 2m of CFD. Totalling 18.75% when added together.
So is this the 4Million the new investor took?
With Banks you typically see nominees in the TR1 to suggest it’s a pool of private investors. This does not feel like that given the size of the %jump. Not enough shares have traded Over past weeks to go from 15% to 18% without other Tr1’s.
This, combined with the broker and director purchases recently feels like something goods coming to me.

Really sets them up well as it does not require and complex plant.

Good point, the production would be limited by plant size to 1Mt per year.

If the additional 4Mt is all camp lode at 10-20%TGC and they mine that first for the first 4 years then they will get some excellent revenues and have time to identify other higher graphite content areas. Their current JORC resource is also excellent but starting Production with the highest % graphite material will set them up very well indeed.

A few changes to the formatting of their presentation. The one thing that jumps out is the target of 20Mt which is higher than their previous RNS stating the drilling would only move 10Mt of the existing 16Mt into measured/indicated.
So they are looking to add additional resource as well as redefine the existing.
Given previous analyst rating was based on 8Mt (19p per share) this is in need of a re-rating very soon.
Very exciting.

Make of it what you will, but directors buying, brokers buying, new major share holders and a Very positive statement from the biggest shareholder isn’t something you see often...if ever.

Wow, 3,000,000 Trade within the bid/ask shows confidence again. That’s 4,000,000 across two trades in last three days. If linked means a TR1 would be due. Buy/sell doesn’t matter, some one is confident to hold those shares at this price.

1,000,000 trade today shows some confidence. Given it was at the mid price suggests MMs were involved To facilitate that purchase. Someone loading up.
And why I think that...because if it was a sell the MMs would have never accepted it anywhere near the mid or even at the bid!

This is going to get very exciting in my view.

Perhaps BRES should look to trade on the OTC markets like HE1 has just done. I can see them getting much support from US investors and it will open up alternative options to raise money.

The CEO of their main broker buying stock on the open market says a lot to me. I would guess he sees the SP being higher from here. So long as the SP rises, any dilution means Absolutely zero to existing shareholders. Yes your %holding will drop but unless they are providing dividends it really does not make a difference. I can’t see them doing any capital raise for less than the current SP and quite possibly could raise money at a premium to the SP. Only way for this is up in my view.

I think this will wake up once the purity is confirmed in the next two months.

What was good to hear is that people have been approaching them Interested about the graphite. That’s great for a company that’s just starting off.

I like the CEO Mike Ralston. He’s been open, honest and confident. Other than the delays with Covid they have beat expectations with this project so far.

I own a significant stake and added to it after the JORC RNS. Not worried about dilution because I believe the SP will be much higher when they come to that point and I don’t feel they will need to raise money at a discount either.
This is going to be one of the hottest markets going forward. The demand for graphite will go through the roof.
And If this project is as big and as good as we hope for, you never know.....some major player could walk in and snatch them up before the market makers even get a sniff at doing a capital raising!

Buy, hold, sell or wait. Who’s right...only time will tell. Very Exciting!

The Align research report gave a 19p target based on 25000t/pa of concentrate from 800000t/pa of raw material.
That’s a GC of 3.1% so very conservative.
Given they have realised a GC of 6% doesn’t that mean they get 50000T/pa from the same 800000T of material. I.e the plant will produce twice as much graphite For the same capital cost and plant capacity!
When (and it is when) they include the camp lode and get to 8% then the production will be 250% the original estimate. So given the report based on 25ktpa was 19p. To me that means the new figure at 6%gc is 32p and 47.5p at 8%gc
Or have I missed something here?

Time for a re-rating and new research paper...

Holding tight as I think this half hearted MM driven drop is just to let people in cheap.

It’s high for graphite. And they have the camp lode to add in which is higher.

Read their previous drilling results for some of the details. Some areas showing very high TGC.
