Seemed pretty clear to PB that the most likely result for the upper section would be a repeat of the lower section, as the equipment would be maxed out, as before.
So the Absolute Open Flow for the lower section is the key to the production flowrates, not the upper zone flow test. We should hopefully get this figure in the next 5 days (my guess based on COHO). Doubling the production rate estimate for the lower section will be a good estimate for the total production rate I think. You would normally say producing two sections won't simply add, but given the size of the upper section I think adding may be still conservative for this well.
