agree with that - not if but when. Hopefully out of court deal done in January but could drag on to March maybe if courts somehow need to be back in session as part of the deal process.

if licences come back (hopefully soon!), then all long-term PFP shareholders and BoD will be deserving of Long Service and Good Conduct Medals for holding out so long!

Anyone have any opinions as to whether they think the Moz courts will first need to come back from recess on March 1st in order to make some kind of statement in the event that an out of court deal is signed?- ie are we looking at March now?

Agree with that 100% zapsnap. The sp has indeed risen on speculation of a successful outcome for PFP, and I think the chances of an out of court deal being signed is quite high. The Moz government I'm sure wants this resolved and the commercial incentives for all stakeholders is significant, and to mention as well the jobs to be created for Moz people is another upside.

We're all hoping so Dinoman. In previous RNS's PFP BoD did say that they aimed to have licences back in 2017, so assuming this has now been achieved then if I were on PFP's BoD I would release the good news in the first few trading days of Jan 2018. Good luck all for 2018!

I was also wondering about this. On Friday there was indeed a period of several hours when PFP shares could not be traded for some reason, but does this typically mean that an RNS was being prepared for imminent release?

The last RNS about the Singapore investment company were interesting - possibly a clue that PFP's BoD is already doing the groundwork for the mine development phase?

Tend to agree with that - its been over 10 weeks since the framework of an agreement was presented to JV and if it was an outright rejection of broad terms preventing a deal from moving ahead then I think that would have been RNS'd by now. I think its highly probable therefore that an out of court deal will be announced early Jan so as to start the year off with a big positive announcement.

I'm a firm believer on this one .... all indications are that its just a matter of time - not if, but when - and there's no way I'm selling my PFP stock.

Assuming licenses recovery there will be an initial SP bounce but in the longer term the intended plan for the mine is to produce and sell heavy minerals on world markets, so by 2020 onwards when the mine is operating at full swing then the outlook for profit will determine the MC and SP. Also PFP is likely to expand mining operations to other geographies so, if successful, SP could rise well over 1 pound/share in my view.

Totally agree Investor79 - this week will be the eighth week since the framework of an agreement was presented to parties by PFP, so surely this is enough time to agree finer details and get ink on the paper before end of 2017 so as to start 2018 afresh with project development at long last.
