RE: OPEN LETTER1 Apr 2018 18:26
I see this as quite a simple matter. The 2012 UK high court win was indeed a celebratory victory for PFP shareholders but, lets face it, that was a whopping 6 years ago and to this day the BoD has not got the main job done of having the licences restored to PFP.
The BoD needs to be changed asap so as the deal can be done, licenses restored, the mine built and up and running by 2021. If the BoD stays, then what? - more dilution, no Moz court decision ever being made and eventual suspension on AIM, no thanks. No offence to the current BoD, but business is business.
You have my vote on this one, Richard - shareholders deserve a new fresh beginning for PFP with great success ahead!
