Well I set the clocking timing from about sept 21st RNS...

The new team has been in situ for a month and is in the early stages of reviewing potential solutions which it is hoped will include a fresh start in discussions towards a negotiated settlement.

Note that it said, it is hoped that fresh discussions will start, so does this mean that some new talks started in October or thereabouts?

Hi DM, I'd like to believe that but things in Africa take time - as we have seen over these past years - and realistically I think that the new BoD and their legal camp would need at least 6 months to get into bed with GV and DC on a final deal, so maybe by mid this year hopefully there will be something..... just my opinion.

yes, so any recovered amounts should reflect as an assest in Mysqaur's balance sheet going forward. Also they should have a line entry reflecting "Eric Schaers head on plate" as an asset on the balance sheet in 2019.

I really hope the BoD is working to get things back on track so as Mysquar can be re-listed (not out of the question), or at the very least, the proceeds from a sale to be distributed to shareholders.

I also got an email from MYSQ IR today - good that they are responding. IR says investigations are on-going.

So they are still working it, thankfully.

I was looking through some of the old on line press releases about the progress that Mysquar was making and it sounded so enticing as a business inevestment that even today I would definitely invest based on the fundamentals alone, so lets hope that the BoD give us some good news in the coming weeks.

Guess work and wild speculation. I can't see any legal team getting off their backsides to agree a deal near midnight on 2nd January 2019 - ie everyone's on holiday still.

Who really knows T7 - with lies having been told and false RNS's released, it creates a smoke screen of lies and half truths. - news on fiunding - what? Tencent WeChat deal - how's it going? 6 to 7 million active users - surely worth something?

You would hope that the biggest driving force to rectify this dismal situation would come from Atlas so as they can recover their losses, so lets see what January brings.

So far I've had no response in past weeks from Mysquar IR about what they are doing in terms of working hard to restore shareholder value, which is disheartening.

Woud be nice to have one.

Can it come back from the dead in 2019 and give pained investors something back after the 4 years of plunder?
