Has anyone messaged the Mysquar FB page to make a statement of personal loss? This appears to be the beginning of something firm in the way of legal assessment, although, forgive me for saying so, but I don’t know who Mysquar is as a person and who the potential Litigation team is.

That's the problem T7- Eric and his mates know that with a failed system of AIM regulation and NOMADS who will sign off anytthing, Eric knows that this is fertile ground for planting the seeds of fraud.

He can create any false RNS's he wishes and use media to create false images of a company - in this case Mysquar - and then the very real thing is our hard earned investement money which gets siphoned off into his layer.

With Eric stealing that amount of money then someone will find him eventually and feed him his balls for breakfast.

As I understand it the PI's who want to sue the NOMAD for damages resulting from negligence would have co-ordinate among themselves to fund a class action law suit.

The selected lawyer probably would do an assement in advance of taking on the case so as to work out the chances of a successful lawsuit in favour of PI's.

If successful then I think there would be a system - agreed in advace - to compensate PI's according to their total sunk investment in fraudulent Mysquar.

Jez, how you shaping up, buddy? - don't lose heart, we will beat this bastard, Schaer, and maybe a class action lawsuit against SP Angel might be the best way to get a cut of the awarded damages, to claim back what is righfully ours.

We will have our revenge and get our power back, and the good and honest laws of the UK will be there for all PI's.

I can see this playing out in two ways:

1: A class action suit against SP Angel NOMAD for failure of duty
