Hi petham - just curious if you got a response back from the Investment Fraud Division of the Singapore Police?

I for one intend to sit in front of Schaer when he is found by the authorities, look him in the eye and tell him to give me my money back.

Poppy, don't beat yourself up over it, not worth it, a lot of PI's were taken in by this bullshit. Schaer is a scam artist who has seen his last sting.

There is still hope to recover our investement through the legal route and possibly even through Mysquar itself recovering.

This has been announced as being in the process of set up. There must be a reason for this? - is it a prelude to re-listing of NGL shares in London and Australia? - hopefully so after all these years. Gold price is heading upward so possibly an investement by a large Chinese gold player?

There seems only one real hope T7 - Chong to secure an investor in a JV, put the business back on its feet and re-list on AIM (where is Tencent??). If that doesn't happen then the only other way we could see value back is legal action of some form which could take years.

Interesting that the report says "MySquar has reportedly begun legal proceedings" - Mr. Chong has a duty to tell us about that but yet again he has failed.

I recall that the last placing was enough cash to last until end of Q1 this year, so I'd guess there would be another placing coming around March time.

petham - at some point Schaer will be found in a den of iniquity somewhere - no doubt about that - and at that point he needs to be persuaded to transfer funds in the account of a trusted UK based lawyer appointed by our FB group, for distribution back to PI's. This sounds crazy, I know, but why not?

Schaer himself chose a direct method to transfer shareholders money into his private accounts, so I'm sure he could be persauded to transfer it back to us, while under lock and key in a Singapore jail.

T7, if the 6 -7 millions users is true then surely Chong can do some magic and get a JV with Tencent, since the WeChat deal is still alive?

I asked Mysquar investor relations if they had reported Eric to the Singapore police and I got no answer - deplorable!

Schaer is probably lining up his next fraud scheme - greedy bastards always come back for more.

Pottinger and Chong both lied - again - to investors on 23rd October, and now its all over.

Lets hope Schaer is apprehended by Singapore police securities fraud detectives and that investors can mount legal action against the Nomad.

Utter disgrace.
