I’ve not said it can’t or won’t be awarded. I’ve said the process has failed so far. The Chairman said little progress in 2024, which means it’s halted, not however permanently necessarily.

The same statement was issued in late 2018 re early 2019. It’s been expected forever. After more than half a decade, without a valid reason for failure, I’m not convinced.

It’s not a requirement for the approval, so I’m sceptical of it being used as the reason for the failure to secure it. Time will tell however they failed for many years. The real reason is unknown. I don’t know, however it was extended in Jan 2024 for 3 years.

As the main license application has failed, they’ve applied to double the size of the trial license. Final approval may sit with the same authority that is refusing the main license. I’m unsure though.

Logic suggests that the trial license won’t be renewed in 2027, if the main license is still blocked after many years of negotiations.

If you are new to this stock you may not be aware aware that they have failed to secure a license for their main producing mine. The trial license ends in Jan 2027.
