I partially agree but the share price is not important, short term.

The BG deal enabled them to borrow £3M for 16% of the business. The civil works and equipment was required. The fruits of this investment are now being seen with huge growth in the revenue and FCF. It’s very very positive.

Devonport brought this from the distressed BG and are selling stock to the point they have a cheap or free holding.

Ditto - it’s not nice to see the value drop but I’m buying each day as it drops.

Devonport are selling a large part of their holding to recoup the cash they paid for the debt. It’s purely a numbers game not related to micro, macro, fundamentals or potential. They want to liquidate shares until they reach a cash figure.

It’ll end and the price will recover but until then the price will not relate the real value of GRL.

Chill - it’s nothing to do with the fundamentals or potential. It’s transactional. When such things happen it’s time to buy and wait til it ends. Then it bounces to a fairer level.

They are investors and speculators. They’ll be recouping some cash but will retain a part holding. I’m estimating they’ll sell 25 percent

At 522 ounces of pure gold per gold, they be generating at least USD800 an ounce of FCF due the PoG, hence even if they don’t increase (which they clearly are / will) it’ll create USD2.5M of FCF in H1 2025.

If total cost of USD5M is correct 3, 132 for half year equates to AISC of USD1,596.

The positive writing is on the wall. Rerate coming. Even without an increase in production the annual revenue in 2025 will be USD18M. 2024 TBC but circa USD5M.

With the extended ramp up, perhaps the average per month will equate to 750 ounces at 92% and PoG2800 = USD23.2M

This is based on the low grade surface ore of 1.1 g / t

At 2.5 g / t its 25p, ignoring an associated reduction in AISC

Lower its 6 g / t so 60p.

This ignores a potential resource and PEA at Akrokeri!!!!
