Having very expensive finance, that holds the MCAP down is NOT helpful in their negotiations with a potential big pharmaceutical partner. It’s irrelevant except potentially questioning either the ethics or intelligence of the leaders.

i disagree. do you think that lanstead would have a deal with funding multiplier terns for an increase in share price with a pharm that could enter a billion $ deal. if this was possibly, with the huge upfront payment (mentioned in the interview), lanstead with have a cancellation clause. it’s a **** deal and talk of a billion dollar deal pie in the sky.

This is a binary punt. I can’t see it rising above 4p until the funding term is over. A small drop more likely. What is the funding obligation if they announce a deal and the price rises to 50p!!! Clearly they’ve agreed to not enter into a deal until after.

This is not fully funded if they drive the price down. They could get the shares for free under the poor terms of the agreement
