My point is that when you said "10 buys totalling 14.998,850" yesterday. There was no use of the word "appear" or "seems like" Did you miss that there was likely a rollover ?
In actual fact its likely that the nett trades yesterday was a SELL of 4,998,850 not what you stated.
If we agree that it doesn't really matter then why did you post it in the first place?

So we concur that the 5m "buys" today fit the exact same criteria and would(should) seem to you to be a sell and a buy back.
I agree the 10m trade was cancelled back.
You have overstated your assessment of buys by 10m by counting the sell/buy of 5m as 2 buys.

Not that it matters to any great extent, but its good to consistent isn't it.

Sorry, let me restate that. They appear to be "Rollovers"

Ok. The exchange rate was a favourable €1.20 - £1 back then.so €5m(£4m) + £756k(Placing not loan) + £500k = £5.26m.
For completeness €3m was used to pay off an earlier advance from Caja Rural
$5m £3.9m) was also advanced from Blackrock on 18th December following a €500k(£400k)
So in 8 months thats a total of £3.9 + £0.4m + £0.5m + £0.75m + £4m) = £9.55m throw in the convertible directors loans in Jan and you have a total £10m. Deduct the repayment of the Caja loan of €3m (£2.5m) and you have a nett £7.5m over 8 months. (don't forget about the rolled over interest payment too that was added to the debt)

So my original statement of almost £1m per month is correct

As I read the RNS's your statement " after several months of Covid crisis only requiring 500K ain’t too bad. " does not make any sense. This £5m was pre-covid (Feb 18th) Since then in addition to the $5m
There was a £756k placing on 10th March (Pre Covid announcement also)
Then on 30th March, the announcement of the $4m atlas facility of which £500k has being taken today, so strictly speaking your statment was correct, but £6.26M has been loaned since Feb 18th. Thats a requirement of almost £1m per month ignoring the advance today.

Feb 18th 2020 RNS "The facility interest rate is 3% per annum, payable quarterly, with no amortisation and is secured by a pledge over the rights to the Grant funds. The term of the loan is the earlier of 12 months or the receipt of the proceeds of the Grant funds. "I see the grant is mentioned again. The grant money is already spoken for, it will be repaid to Santander on receipt providing it is received before Feb 2021. The savings the grant will provide are minimal as the loan terms are only 3%pa. So saving only around £12500 per month, but currently the interest is being added to the loan, so there will be no net reduction in the cash requirement for monthly operating expenses. Just a balance sheet transaction.I am not sure why there is any excitement about this. Have I missed something?

How much did the company produce in the first 3 weeks ? You, nor I, have any idea. That is why I quote it as misleading. Shipped is not the same as produced. Stop being tetchy, its a discussion forum

Just a comment from an outsider looking in. Getinthere states you need to produce 3x what they did in the first 3 weeks of July. I see only SHIPPED not produced.
I think if anyone is basing an investment decision (as I am) based on that statement, not only is the statement incorrect it serves to mislead.
No one knows (outside of the company) what PRODUCTION was in the first 3 weeks of July
It would be useful if he provided a monthly update, but he has not said he will do that. I believe that if production is good he should, it might just draw me in. If he does not, then my assumption would be things are not well.

I really don;t know why people are fussing on about what a quarter is. Yes, they could use Q1,Q2 etc.
For the challenged
March quarter =Q1
June quarter = Q2
Sept quarter = Q3
Dec quarter = Q4
