Not sure if I missed someone posting about it but I read a few articles from the spring and summer talking about the mining ministry investigating in multiple enclosed gold processing plants. The first was due to open on the summer in the east. This is a cast iron commitment from the government to invest in an infrastructure that can maximise gold collection from industrial scale pits. Those is great news for the future gold prospects of the country and Oriole

They way I'd summarise what you're saying Hunniford is that the BOD are ensuring the architectural design for the building is solid and well thought out, the foundations broad, deep and accurate, the building supplies are affordable to maintain profit. But the property is for sale , albeit at a cheap price. Potential punters have the architectural designs, the house ain't built yet, so they can see what it is that they are buying.....so they're waiting. All LTH know what it might look like, a glorious mansion with beautiful gardens. But the punters wanna see if before they buy.

When they see it though, there's going to be mad bidding and they'll scramble and we'll look on with a smug richness at how clever we were to look at the designs early on and have faith in the team. Haha, I need more meds I think

I messed around with ChatGPT over the weekend, so take this with a pinch of salt, but it helped give me a range or ballpark for a fictional £500m mcap.

So it based this on $1900 an oz gold price, £1 = $1.25 exchange rate and an average value per oz for Oriole being $75 (so all very average and generic).

To achieve that £500m mcap, it would need to find between 6 million and 12 million ounces of gold. It would also value each Oriole share at about 13.33p.

As I said, all fictional, but gives you an idea what the potential is when they eventually release a jorc for Mbe or talk about "multi-million oz" deposits.

So, 3-6m ounces could be £250m mcap or 6.75p share price. I can now see where that Google price prediction came from. And it sounds perfectly reasonable!

Think about the scale of the district and the other resources added together......!!!

There's also encouraging movements in the AIM market as a whole. It's noted that investors are starting to come back over the last quarter so there is cautious optimism for the forthcoming quarters in terms of active investors...

You made a really important point that I think explains the constant lack of buys......When eventually gold is being mined in Cameroon and money is exchanging hands, it creates cast gold proof that Cameroon is investible. Finding gold is one thing, Cameroon itself is another. Once we see proof of gold AND gold being minted, investors will pile in. I'm convinced the institutional risks consider both sides of that coin

They confirmed why they don't regularly confirm their position. They said they legally only need to confirm their position once their bulk order has been completed. So if their bulk order was "sell 20% of our shares over six months" then they'd only need to declare once all those shares have been sold.
