Yeah those are excellent results in my view. I'm sure the market is expecting bonanza grades with every drill hole, but what this is telling us is that there is mineable gold consistently shown along the drill line. That implies there is a wide resource down there, so I can understand why the BOD see it as exciting. It'll just be luck if they carve through a solid nugget, but that's not what makes a resource mineable, it has to be consistent

Are you using the free version of GPT @Hunniford? There's a reference to gold price $2000+ per ounce which is old data (the free version has data from 2023 I think). It might come up with something different if it uses more recent data because it would probably reference gold at $2800+ and it would also imply that smaller Oz in the ground would be more viable considering the current gold price

The JORC in Senala was based on $1800 gold. Now that it's flirting with $2900 that actually makes lower grades more economical, so the revised JORC should be closer to 170,000 ounces at the new gold value. That nearly doubles the value of the whole resource.

This gold price going high in a high rate environment is like a bullet being loaded into a gun because retail and institutions haven't really got interested in gold yet.

There's a proven system of the type of rocks that host gold below the surface. That means that it's incredibly unlikely gold will only be on the surface, it wouldn't make sense. There will be gold there, they just need to hit it. Trust the geologists, they know what they're doing
