Apparently SETSqs is when LSE consider there to be too little liquidity, but I suspect it's a strategic move to prevent wild fluctuations in share price to encourage more institutional investors.

I think ORR has ended up being a trader's paradise share because it always has good news but an underlying lag such as landstead or the country risk or lack of defining MRE.

Figured this out recently. Traders can ladder a trade. So basically they can put in a limit order for 1m shares at multiple intervals up to the current share price. This means the broker can ladder the share price back up from below, make money on multiple trades whilst the trader gets and average price lower than the share price.

This is a message for investors.

Stop playing with the Traders. They are trading the share price. The make money on the ups and downs. They'll talk it up and talk it down. Anyone talking it down now (assuming their not an uneducated fool) is just trying to get a nice stretch down to buy back in with the profits they made from the up.

This is how AIM is utilised. The market was created for Traders by Traders but sold as a market for start up type companies to gain investment.

You too can trade it. I have done. But because the final catalysts are now diaried, the traders are more active.

GDX up 22% in the last month. That is nuts. And judging by the fact that no country can pull up from the nosedive of debt, the gold price surely won't stop going up.

GDX up 73% in the last year. This tells you a lot about mining strength. A coiled spring unloading. The value of gold is making smaller amounts of gold more economical to extract, meaning greater revenue.

Oriole's value has to reflect this increase. Whatever you thought was fair value 3 years ago is no longer valid. A mining licence would literally make Cameroon open for business and mid tiers will be scrabbling for square mileage.
