Wildboar although this is a possibility you have to ask why a major would want to jv with us and prove the ground up thus adding tremendous value when they can just take us out now for a reasonable price. We have done the hard yard for them in getting the mining right but after this we really add no further value to them or the teams they have in place to develop an asset of this size.

A good jv is fine by me I just can't see a major wanting us hanging around and getting in their way!!

Fact we are surrounded by majors all looking to buy assets. Fact we are currently in a precious metals bull run. Fact this is to big for URU to handle so it will be bought out.

Amtech I am just stating facts not ramping! We have a 30 year mining right on a tier 1 asset and a 7m mcap. This could not be more undervalued if it tried!! Yes we are surrounded by majors who are all looking to gain new high value assets and precious metals are currently in a bull run. Regardless of how we feel this is just to large a project for URU to take forward and as such we will be bought out, unlocking the mining right was the last step before a big player jumps in and takes control of the project.

The continued silence from the board is odd if they are not in discussions for a sale as if they were looking to push this forward then why not shout from the rooftops and push the sp up in preparation for another raise and add to the war chest for future drilling. The reason this is not happening is because they know they don't need to prove the ground up further as they will be bought out in the near term!! 200-300 million is probably fair value but even at a massive discount of 100 million we are looking at £1+ per share.

That the biggest poster of URU info on X would protect their posts stopping any new or would be investors from seeing their research! We are in a transformational period for the company and all publicity is needed so let people read what you are posting and help spread the positives about URU. So many eyes on us right now and people waiting in the wings for the next set of news lets all help them to understand what is on offer here.

The majors know what's in them hills and wont want URU to prove up more ground! Much easier to take us now for 200-300 million than it is once more is known. This is punt money for them. Also the last raise I feel was done so they had enough cash to show that they would push forward if an acceptable offer was not forthcoming. Still don't feel they have any intention of taking this much further and if an agreeable sale price is reached in the current negotiations then they will sail off into the sunset.

Something is brewing and the current silence is deafening. Company has been too quiet for to long, if they wanted to keep raising they would be releasing interviews and talking things up not pulling them and saying nothing.

The big question with Uru Metals is why we are having so little updates in a time when the company should be shouting about everything they are achieving from the rooftops! Clearly negotiating something special! It has to be a sale or JV but who with Ivanhoe Mines or valterra platinum???

It just has to be logged within 60 days! Clearly they will have done this, how long it takes to be confirmed is another matter.
