Sorry Business but if our neighbours are not overly fussed on the land why would they be paying for surveys on our behalf? Something not adding up there! Remember we have the mining right for 30 years why has this not be registered yet? Is it waiting to go into someone else's name? From any companies point of view if they can secure something today that they can keep for 30 years is it not better to do that than risk it slipping into a competitors hands where they risk never getting it back?

As you say the big players don't care about the odd 10m here and there so why would you not be putting an offer (even lowball) on the table to secure this if you can?

So Business its quite feasible that we have currently have a low bid on the table of say 25 million but the buyer has said if you can prove X we will pay Y already in place? Board clearly have an exist price in mind as Richard alluded to in the interview.

Nutses, clearly they are currently under a NDA as per the fact "someone" paid for a survey for us and this has never been disclosed as to "who" it was, so the market knows as much as we do. How many times have we seen unloved shares come up with a mega RNS and then all of a sudden they go from unloved to unstoppable with the herd pilling in to see if they can make a few £££.

Only difference here is that if we get a "sold" RNS then you wont be able to buy anywhere near these prices.

I think Ivanhoe can knock up a decent letter as per the below!!

Lets be realistic, if Ivanhoe or another major buy the site they will have people who specialise in dealing with the DMRE and they will just make it work as they want them to take these projects forward as they create huge revenues and local jobs.

This is all being set up to be sold, just a question of if you are willing to wait a few months to see who to!!

Clearly they are not going to let this slip away after all this work. Think we have to trust they know what they are doing and that they will achieve their end goal of a sale before any deadlines.

For all we know they already have an offer on the table and have been asked to get these drills done to justify the price they want.

Colbalt yes URU is currently unloved but that can change in a second, we just need the right news! One day we will wake up to that little red dot saying we are sold and then if you are not holding you will miss out. Just have to wait this out!!!
