Upside Potential: Updated estimates considering current nickel prices and recent high-grade sulphide/PGE (Platinum Group Element) discoveries could potentially push the project's NPV above US$500 million.

Internal Rate of Return (IRR): 18.6% post-tax.

Capital Expenditure (Capex): Estimated at US$708 million.

Operational Costs (Opex): Estimated at US$3.35 per pound of nickel.

If we have multiple parties interested we could even turn down an initial bid as the board feel its not high enough say £100 million+ and they will wait for further offers. We would be rerating to that price in a few sessions before the real business starts!

Fair value has to be £200-300m+ at this stage with the 30 year mining right in place. If we prove up more then who knows how high we go!!

Back here then we will see how freely this moves. They have tried a couple of times to take it back below 7p and it just bounces back up so we seem to have an established base. Depending on the next news we should drive into the teens and then depending on the news flow could easily be sitting into the 20p+ range very quickly.

Obviously all this will be irrelevant if the get the JV or sale news that I'm expecting and everything will be out of the window.

As shareholders we should be united in our goal for the success of the company! To claim any individual point of view is the only valid one is crazy as lets be honest we are all guessing what is happening until it is confirmed in a RNS.

I agree with Tritoretire that the silence is for a reason but I also agree with Suhail that as PR goes to say you are going to release an interview which shouldn't contain anything market sensitive other than hints and then not release it is unacceptable!

We should be capitalising on the rising nickel price and the fact we have a 30 year mining right and pushing our share price through the roof. This for me then gives a different set of opportunities if they do want to do further raises to complete drilling at say 20-30p per share that's a lot better than where we are today.

Just to be clear I think we are in full sale mode and something is brewing but again it must be better to be negotiating a sale at a higher SP than a lower one buy wtfdik
