The SPV is set up and the PI Transfer (of both Conrad as well as EME) documentation has been submitted to SKK Migas.

EME will make a full update on the debt restructuring as soon as it can, it is being progressed.

Gigontbsaaa I feel the new drills are just being planned to push up the discussed offer price. Possibly the initial offer put to the company they felt was to low as such they are pushing on with planned drills to prove the asset up to achieve fair value. I still don't see them drilling as I just feel someone will snap us up but there are games afoot and if we do end up drilling and proving up more ground then the offer should be considerably higher. All going to get fun here over the coming months that is for sure!!!!!

Amtech you are flipping the point, why would a major do anything for little URU? Come on don't be silly you cant get them to do anything that is not in their interest and you know that. Also you you think Anglo or Ivanhoe will be trying to make a few £ off doing airborne surveys for minnows as they are a little short of funds one month, its almost laughable. If you cant join the dots that's fine but stop trying to talk this down, just move on if its not for you!

Equally they didn't say they paid for it from their neighbours so one can infer it was free. As span says the main point it why their neighbours choose to do it! I'm sure they have better things to be doing than airborne surveys for companies they have no interest in buying. Amtech you clearly know that either of the majors nearby wont be doing anything that does not benefit them so you really are just trying to spread fud.

Our time will come just have to be holding when the eventual sale news lands! Remember "our neighbours" paid for the airborne survey to be completed!!! They have not done this out of the goodness of their hearts, they wanted to see how viable this all was. Remember in the interviews we have been told that other companies do drill off these results alone so are the ground surveys that are currently being undertaken just happening to squeeze that sale price a little higher whilst our 2 neighbours fight over who gets us.

I don't know Jono you just seem very negative when it comes to URU, I always worry when people give up there time to be upset with a company when there are so many out there that you can be positive within. And yes I feel something is brewing when we see single 1 million trades being put through, I didn't say if it was good or bad news but you jumped in to confirm "big sells" when you have no idea what they are as they actually appear all to be buys. Again not saying they are but something is brewing that's for sure.

You seem very upset jono, feel free to talk about your issues openly it will take the pain away.
