Based on the release of the flare picture, I doubt this stock will go down on Tuesday. If anything, I think we would see a pump of people trying to get in before hand. I have 99% certainty we will have the RNS Monday night. Otherwise they are looking silly on the back of the last RNS and must be aware these pictures are circulating the internet.

Either way everyone is locked in now. If its fake, would of made much more sense to do this prior to Thursday whilst the market was open.

Great to see some news after so long just a shame it isn't doing much to the SP. Investors eagerly awaiting to hear about CE approval tipped for Q4 23. Almost Q2 24 and no update. CE mark, improved turn over and reduced operating costs of GP service could really help boost this SP back up. Ian has been quiet since involving £500K, where is the impact? Nearly a year on.

Some interesting things in the proposals. It says no director has any knowledge of any parties that want to take over the company but they are basically opening the door to it. Is this because they are anticipating that someone will want to buy into the company after results?

It states in terms of 10% of share dilution that this can only be done if the company is valued less than $300M. They are currently around $100M. Does this mean they have ruled out the possibility of such a share increase?

Why would they propose consolidation prior to the announcement of the flow test results knowing the negative implications people have with this process? This will be putting people off investing.

I'm left quite confused with their decision making. Thoughts are welcomed.

I think it’s odd they would release the 2 tests separately. If the first one is negative this very much kills the sentiment. This is also the deepest zone but does have the best potential especially with it unknown.

I feel they must have a degree of confidence with the first zone electing to do it this way.

Just a patience game now. Doubt we will see RNS tonight and they will give themselves the weekend and put it out Sunday night. Probs a trading halt until LSE opens.

Yes things are delayed and looks like due to extreme cold weather. Sell off may be people who bought in for the pump before the results. Don’t think we will see results until next week. We know it flows next door and they are also helping us.

There’s no need to be impatient here. Weather has been sub -40 more than likely affecting machinery and personnel. As Brom highlighted, we have until mid April before all this needs to be completed.

Merlin had mechanical failure with the drill first time around. We are not drilling this time. Everyone just chill. Good things come to those who wait - we are well overdue here.
