Did anyone take part in the Teams call today regarding the court case? Someone posted last night that it was simply regarding the inclusion of additional witnesses at the last minute, has that been confirmed?

Its not helping the share price though, we seem to stuck at 0.16. Lets hope we gather some momentum heading into the close.

Im not sure we'll hit 3p today, not enough interest to make a move that high so far but i'll happy if im proved wrong

FWIW Bill, i think its a valid question that none of us know the answer to. We need to sell the WK concentrate to continue so the process of who we're selling to and at what price is vitally important. Whats the point of investing in the WK operation and mining if we're not selling anything. There's no real clarity around this, possibly due to NDA's but im hoping the interims may shed some light on the subject for us all.

Teams is very easy to use Toffers, even if it is your first time, very user friendly. Doesnt sound right that everyone's email address is visible though, i would raise it with them

If you're legally trained might i suggest that you're not very good at it or you would be able to afford to stump up the £35 per month to receive the full case details via caseboard

Only came across this today, there's definitely potential here although im hesitant to jump in with both feet as theres already been a hefty rise in recent times. Bought a few k worth this morning and will keep a close eye on how things progress after AGM

Toffers, didnt you claim that this case wasnt due to be heard until much later this year? Surely its a positive being brought forward as from what i've read M &Q dont have much of a case and seem to be blagging it . In an ideal world that's what the outcome of today will result in and it can be consigned to history.

The other case has now been resolved and is no longer an issue for the company

I agree, the fast money has moved on looking for their next quick win and its left investors who consider this to be a great investment for the future, whether that be short term or long term remains to be seen. If we see a reasonable rise or drop in the share price then no doubt the fast money crew will be back in and posting here until they exit with their 10% gain or whatever they aim for. Its the nature of aim shares, personally im hanging around as the oil hasnt disappeared and it will eventually be monetised

There was another poster claiming he or she was going to be sat in the AGM and claiming to hold inside information which got plenty of ikes, whilst on the other side of the fence theres Toffers with his/her multiple conspiracy theories which similarly gets a number of likes. The mind boggles at times on this board

Im kinda feeling that about Prem right now, never looked at KOD before, maybe i'll look into that as i dont want too many eggs in the BCE basket
