LB, when you set the facts out like you have it does make the whole thing seem a farce from both sides as its hard to see what advantage either side was hoping to achieve. I certainly dont understand the intricacies behind the whole thing but my gut instinct tells me that today's news is good news for shareholders, but whether that means this year or next for a for sale of assets i haven't a clue.

The WUP thing seems like a lot of ado about nothing, surely its just a simple disagreement over the level of fees charged for a particular service and the legal firm are trying to bully EUA into paying over-inflated fees? That's my understanding of it anyway but dont profess to have any legal or inside knowledge like others so i could be way off the mark with my basic assumption.

I was expecting the well performance news by now too, the share price seems to have settled around 15/16 and is awaiting a new reason to move one way or another. Hopefully the well performance is greater than anticipated and the share price reacts very positively

I like to think so Mizman, i dont think Christian would have used the term this year in the AGM unless he had good reason to do so. The whole process will take time but im still positive about shareholders being made aware of an offer for us to vote on prior to the end of 2023. Whether that be for MT or WK im not sure , but with the DFS completed for MT my gut instinct is that it will be for that.

Thanks makeabundle, i agree that not mining WK is a decisions that concerns me but my comfort blanket so to speak is exactly as you say, the board know much more about whats going on in the boardroom and behind the scenes than i ever will so its a question of do i trust them or not. I personally do

But, the flip side being we do have MT to sell, we do have WK to sell and we do have the concentrate to sell albeit at a decreasing value.

From what i can gather, MT is prepared and and ready for work to be started on by a new owner depending on how they want to mine, WK has had a lot of preparation work done and again is ready to go for a new owner. Both must have a saleable value which is what the board are working on trying to achieve.

Without a sale of assets the company will struggle to survive as things stand, so will at some point have to decide if they're going to either place shares or drawdown on the sinosteel loan and mine ourselves

Im quite positive on EUA but these questions do sometimes haunt me, the board have explained what they are doing with MT which i agree with, plus as things stand we dont have the funds other than the Sinosteel facility to progress works there so it makes sense to leave it as is for a hopefully new owner to take forward.

My biggest concern is funding, if i was looking to buy any of our assets i would simply drag out negotiations for as long as i could as its obvious we will need cash at some point and with no obvious signs of income anytime soon other than the hoped sale of the stored concentrate

Quick questions for Leno

1. How profitable has and is WK for the company?

2. Has the value of the concentrate we hold increased or decreased during the period we have paid to store it

3. What exactly did we get for the 26m raised via a placing for the Rosgeo JV option

4. Where is income coming from if we are no longer mining

Nice to see the share price up on the week for a change, here's hoping we continue in the same vein this week. I was constantly refreshing my phone Fri afternoon hoping we were going to breach 3p but it wasnt meant to be, maybe this week though.

I see the negheads continue to infest this board and some seriously need to get a life away from their keyboard. Im all for hearing both sides of an opinion if its set out coherently however some posters are only here to feed their own ego and shout at others, whats the point of that? Anyway, let's all hope this week see's the share price break the 3p barrier and keeps on moving upwards

Given the options for free, will cost them 0.15 if they choose to exercise them. Im pretty sure you will know that though so dont understand why you're pretending otherwise as i cant see what you're trying to achieve. Does the childish name calling ever stop? I dont come here often but each time I do I see the same posters arguing the toss and calling each other childish names. Both sides are just as bad as each other and i wish they'd take it elsewhere or meet up offline and sort their differences out. Surely we're all here to make money and discuss our investment, not childish plays on usernames or general to and fro'ing of name calling in each direction.

Its all relative to your own wealth status and attitude to risk though isnt it, to some they might not want to risk the cost of 20m shares in an aim stock, whereas others might think its worth the risk as the rewards could be so much greater than a ftse 100 stock. From my understanding this does have great potential though and added some more this morning but my holding is nowhere near 20m shares.

That's a really good presentation Layla, i've never seen that before. The one point i would make is that palladium has dropped from the projected $2,000 to around $1,200 per oz, but no matter what it shows how ridiculously undervalued the current share price is. The projected max takeover price of £2.66 would be incredible for everyone but i think the war and current political landscape has ruined any possibility of reaching that now.

Tsipouro is quite nice, I prefer it over Ouzo any day of the week. Usually about 40-50% proof so around the same as a decent whisky but not as 'clean" I've had plenty homemade stuff as my cousin married a Greek but i've never heard of it melting through a plastic bottle, could be an element of urban legend in that story. Can give you a mother of all hangovers though if you have too much, i've learned that lesson! Enjoy your time out there as its absolutely stunning

So to my thinking its not a new risk, and could apply to many countries where mining precious metals takes place. The proposed new tax is unwelcome, no question about it but i doubt it'll be the cause of any sale failing.

I dont see how posters are claiming that EUA is uninvestable, my view is that at some point in the future the share price will be in excess of 3p therefore it makes it investable. It might not reach £1+ but it sure will hit more than 3p+

Spikey - hasn't that always been the way with business in Russia so its a known risk that Putin could at any time implement new legislation that hinders or punishes companies

I dont do facebook, closed my account about 8 years as i allowed it to become too much of a distraction in life. I was spending way too much time on that and Twitter so shutdown both and am much happier for it.
