PP, is that any different to the guesses that are posted nowadays on here? I've stated that i hope shareholders get more than 42p simply because it would mean that every shareholder should in theory be in profit, but beyond that I wouldnt have a clue how to accurately value the business or its assets, and thats before any discounts or haircuts are involved.

Oh, and the share price at the time was 22.5p if anyone was interested

The one thing that really strikes me with these guesses is how busy this board must have been at that time. Theres so many posters names i have never seen posting here. Also nice touch by Ian_ on his comments re a poster called Snowman who passed away.

Anyway as i said, not aimed at anyone in particlaur but i found it interesting to note how busy this board must have been compared to now, and also the levels of prices predicted. Ian_ mentioned in one post that the average was around £1.68 around that time.

The large disconnect in share price predictions varying from under a penny up to £3.70 got me thinking and i went looking for the lists prepared by Ian_ that some people have referenced on here. I'll post them in my next few posts just for comparison to where we are now. No digs aimed at anyone but just for entertainment whilst nothing seems to be happening here.

As i said this list was compiled by Ian_ so im not trying to take any credit for his work at the time.

Richard, with an average price of 10p per share you're probably in a better position than a lot of shareholders though, theres plenty who's average will be far higher than that i reckon.

Richard, I've never seen someone change their view so quickly in my life. Your comment re CS drawing a fat cat salary is well off the mark, perhaps have a look at the last set of financials and remind yourself what salary he's taking from the company.

Donkey, we're not selling the company as far as i know but selling our assets, are you saying that the dividend paid to shareholders will be less than 5p per share following the sale of our assets?

Mooching predicted £3.70 just before Xmas and now we have a £3.30. The mind boggles how they reached such a prediction

Makeabundle, i believe before the war that the company could have probably sold for more than 25p, the historic share price bears testament but the war changed the whole landscape and potential purchasers. The company is now in distressed seller ground to my mind, and what might once have been achieved is no longer realistically achievable. I wasnt around here then but from what i've read there was a list of predicted guesses from posters that averaged out way higher than £1, i doubt there are many posters now who genuinely believe £1+ is a realistic expectation from this point. CS isnt stupid, far from it but he doesnt possess a crystal ball and i seriously doubt any of the board thought a few years ago that the share price would be trading where it is now.

Nice to see you double down on what i believe is a ridiculous price prediction, but i look forward to waking to see the share price jump from 2p up to around £3.30 on the news. That'll be a helluva day for sure.

You state that you believed this before the war, but you only started posting here in Oct 2023, did you post as someone else previously?

Someone recently said to me that the biggest risk in crypto was the length of time you held it for due to the high volatility, i think they may have been onto something. We've all seen good profits over the last couple of months, sureky a bit of a pullback is expected at times. If it was news leaking re the ETF being rejected we would see a much sharper fall imho

I dont think you're qualified to claim how CS would interpret any offer with all due respect makeabundle. CS has made no secret of the fact he wants to retire and at 25p would net him not far off £24m with his shareholding, not taking into account any options that may be due to him too

Herbie, you've been around much longer than me. Who else would you add to the list of those you claim are unscrupulous posters?

Richard, i'd love to see what calculations you have for your predicted £1.50 a share, fancy sharing them with us? I've noted that some of the predictions since i bought in have dropped a bit, but i guess the more information and financials we receive from the bod then it gives us more information to take into account when making a prediction.

If nothing positive happens in this quarter then i think we're toast unfortunately unless the bod undertake a highly dilutive placing. If we could sell our stored concentrate then that would buy us some time to agree a sale of asset or assets
