Im not sure when the comment about a massive dividend was but i'd wager it was prior to the invasion of Ukraine and the change of political and economic landscape. The whole situation is entirely different hence the share price drop from around 40p down to under 2p, and the realistic price to be achieved from the sale of the assets has dropped exponentially. I doubt theres many of those holding from say 3 years ago who haven't moved their target price downwards

So we get roughly £425k for every £1m of asset value?

It doesnt take the brain of britain to work out which Anna Price it is or the connection to EUA she had previously to being appointed in place of Keith. There's other questions you should be asking regarding her appointment but i'll let you work them out for yourself.

If we receive a dividend its taxed as income and will depend on what rate of taxpayer you are in the UK, if you sell the shares or the company is bought out then its CGT you pay

I fully expect a Sale or Bust RNS sometime in Feb, obviously I lean to the Sale RNS, exactly my thoughts too although i think theres an outside chance of an update advising of sale of concentrate and the sale of the other assets trundles on for another eternity. Either way, i'd far prefer it if the RNS came in January

To be fair KoC, it probably wasnt the glue that provided the thinking that 98p was achievable. Looking at the chart back then it was quite a meteoric rise and would have been very easy to get caught up in the moment. I still think of the £3+ claims were crazy stupid though

Dattabase, are those figures for all our assets or just MT and take into account that the Rosgeo JV is no longer part of the the picture? I read somewhere that the JV was anticipated to hold about 104m oz of precious metals which could have been huge
