Stonk, going by what i've read on here both Tilly and Mac's post count has dropped dramatically of late. Someone claimed Mac was posting 1,000+ posts a month at one point which is incredible if true, and strikes of an agenda. You've been around a lot longer than me so can probably confirm if this was true or not?

We dont know if he's been replaced or not, but as others have pointed out he's a geologist by profession not a PR or investors liason guy. I am concerned by Yellow Jersey appointment though as it seems that the boad are trying to avoid liaising with shareholders and putting in a means of blocking shareholder contact, at a time when funds are tight so the company could probably do without the extra expense of Yellow Jersey fees

Stretch, you posted "the froth that appears on here is total speculation and blind guesswork", doesn't that pretty much sum up most things posted by Mac and his cohorts. Looking back at old posts he's been promising great things whilst the share price has dropped from 42p to under 1.5p, in fact him and certain others have been wrong so consistently i have to wonder if its on purpose because the law of averages would indicate they would occasionally get something correct.

I've seen some posts re Dimitryreacts 'amazing" share trades he's claimed to have made money on recently, i tend to think his posts are just like everything he posted on here which were untruths and lies designed to mislead shareholders. I did notice that he was very quick to try to shutdown any speculation on GMF's identity a couple of weeks back, too quickly and it was very conspicuous at the time. The post was subsequently removed but it did make me wonder if DR was GMF under another moniker, or at the very least connected to him. I did a bit of reading of old posts to try to find out a bit more about who this GMF character was and its clear he was leading the charge when ramping was rampant on here so considering the collapse in share price its hardly surprising thats he's trying to distance himself from pi's who have lost fortunes. The fact his name is well-known is probably a concern to him though, and google highlights what an unsavoury character he is off the board.

I also note Toffers continues to toff going by the amount of green i see when i sign in.

My stance on EUA is the same, not truly expecting any more updates in 2023 but secretky hoping the Russian Minerals Tax case this week goes the way we all hope, which may elicit the eventual sale of our stored concentrate and provide us with much needed cash which will give the bod time to manage a sale of either MT, WK or ideally both

I know that, as is DS both of whom are still working for the company and hopefully working flat out on a sale of something

Having said this, I do think CS is a man of integrity and i like to think he wouldnt go down that route but im just thinking out loud about all possibilities. I dont have a clue how it could be engineered to benefit the directors and screw shareholders, i'll leave that to those with far more knowledge than me

Summit, i'd like to believe that but i've read about so many pi's getting shafted on AIM companies and the directors walk away with no punishment and before you know it are directors on another AIM company

Summit, I've been thinking about what would happen should the company be allowed to be wound up. How this would benefit any directors or how they could engineer this to benefit them is beyond my knowledge of corporate shenanigans so im pretty clueless on that point. The one thing im fairly confident of is that despite the FCA being in place to help shareholders, very little would happen should the directors be found to be not looking after shareholders interests. CS is the sole full time director and made no secret of his wish to retire shortly.

Lets hope so Del, the Gowling case should be a simple case of agreeing a figure to settle with them which even if its 50% of their bill is around 10% of our available cash. The Royalty payment was due, and we've not been advised if that's been paid or not, but that was £187k from memory.

The russian minerals tax case could open the door for us to sell the concentrate but the bod havent stated that this is the situation and even if the case goes the way we want it to, we may still be struggling to find a buyer for our concentrate. Its imperative we sell something soon, and buyers will know that we're distressed sellers now that our finances and lack of any income generating operation have been made public.

Dattabase1, can you explain how £2m will last an additional 18 months, how did you calculate that?

Has anyone been able to establish a link between Yellow Jersey PR and Cloudtag as claimed by Toffers, i've not been able to find one yet?

I have no experience of this previously but the farming out of investor comms to a third party such as Yellow Jersey doesnt look great and gives the impression that the board dont want to be contacted by pi's again, in fact it looks as if they are actively avoiding them. Money's tight and yet the board appoint this 3rd party to create a barrier between them and us

Richard, thats utter nonsense, how on earth have you come to the conclusion that they cant sell the concentrate due to NDA's

I've not been here long enough to make an informed decision but Mac's post sound like he's laughing at shareholders, just in a far more intelligent and subtle way than Toffers. It feels like he's toying with shareholders emotions

I've set up a twitter account today, can anyone recommend any good webcasts / commentators to follow both for EUA and investment markets in general? Im goimg to be off work for a bit so looking to expand my knowledge and ease the boredom at the same time. I agree that there's levels of information recipients in this world, especially where it involves money. I also believe that CS is as straight as they come, but had there been any goodwill between Queeld and EUA, i do think that's gone now.

Speaking of post count, i've probably doubled mine today. Being bored in hospital and this mornings update is not a good mix.

Beast & Layla, interesting point re why would Queeld pursue their shares which i've never really considered. I just thought irrespective of where the share price was, would i want to hold shares that i had paid for or just lose them due to misplacing a share certificate. I would want them replaced as you just dont know if the company was going to come good or not. Surely any value is better than losing all value by not replacing them. Interesting point though, and maybe i should give it more thought

Im not sure that Queeld will have a better take on where this is going than the rest of us though, its clear that whatever goodwill there was between our board and them has dissipated with the court case proceedings, plus CS stated in the AGM that larger shareholders dont get any more information than us plebs.

Trowtech, i wasnt apologising on Bills behalf or anyone else's for that matter. I'll only apologise for myself when i consider it necessary. I was making the point that schadenfruede, as unwelcome and unhelpful as it is, can be expected on a board like this where opinions are so polarised.

I get the schadenfreude point, and its unpleasant but i cant help but feel if todays update was an offer of 50p a share then there would be plenty of it on the other side of the fence too. Its human nature on a board like this to partake in it when you've been proven right on something when you've being attacked for your views. Certainly not defending it, but can understand it

Couple of things

1. We have no idea if Keith has walked, been pushed or still in place. I agree with Stonk that companies house are quick to update once notified, it could be that they haven't been notified as yet if he has gone or it could simply be a case of him having been missed off the RNS in error. Nobody has a definitive answer to that point so far

2. The inclusion of Yellow Jersey is a strange development and to me it feels like the board are trying to put a layer or filter between them and irate shareholders. Maybe Keith was getting harrassed by too many shareholders and they've decided to engage YJK to let Keith get on with his job. The timing is suspect though and at a time when we should be trying to conserve cash

3. Mac's comment of "its looking good" is laughable and i cant decide if he's purposefully laughing at existing shareholders or not, but any drop of 25% cant be considered as good in any shape or form.

4. In the short time i've been here IKN has made several predictions all of which have come to nothing, he knows nothing more than the rest of us and is quite probably just attention seeking with his claims

5. Toffers is most certainly best ignored, her claims are just small pieces of fact which she extrapolates to ridiculous conclusions and clearly states she's looking forward to EUA failing.

6. There must be some long term shareholders sat on monumental losses at these prices, they have a right to be angry if they feel they have been misled by the board over the last few years. Let them vent

7. Rampers and derampers are both scum of the earth, and no doubt will have cost genuine pi's money on this share. As things currently stand its the rampers who have done more damage to shareholders wealth, and some of those labelled derampers appear to have been right whether that be by luck or judgement . The ball is still in play though and its not the end of the line quite yet.

8. I was considering investing more in here as i stated earlier this week but im going to hold fire for the moment. Im not as sure as i once was that a sale of assets was forthcoming, and my trust in the board has wavered a bit since todays update.

Im not sure why you're asking about the bonds, it's clear as day that they've been sold. The query re the vat refunds is valid, but as i noted earlier we had started to receive what was due to us in the June update, i'd wager that we've now received all thats due to us in that regard
