Question we should be asking.!21 May 2021 13:53
Sir Mick is a bulldozer, a serious negotiator. MB on the otherhand comes across as a slightly slow , methodical technician. Yet MB has negotiated a deal whereby the stage 1 development finance will only take place when the share price is at or greater than 78p and thereby triggering the final $20m. Why would Sir Mick agree to such a figure and where does it come from? To me, it illustrates the huge upside for FAR and its value. Sir Mick will be looking for multiples of his average investment via Vision Blue as will all the major players investing via that group. He is no fool and will have negotiated hard as he has always done. So for us the hard work has been done, the heavy lifting over the years by MB and his team and now the perceived upside value seen by Sir Mick and the VB team.
