My rough calculations wrt money in the bank and funding turned out to be correct, which is why I sold.

And just in case any posters are still in any doubt of the depth of the hole GDR is, the CFO spells it out to you in the last line,

"the combination of the above factors represent a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the Group and Company's ability to continue as a going concern."

Tax credit of 0.8m gives them an extra 2 months to find funding and they are looking at diluting the SP. Withoutn the tax credit the GDR bank account will be empty before mid february.

Approx. 2.5 months left not including tax rebates and other small things they mention and yet to recieve. End of March/April GDR will go bust unless RF allow drawdowns.

I think you might make a quick profit - even if the news is on the whole bad GDR are very skilled at hiding it behind carrots. The market loves cbeing served carrots, at least until it realises the gravy, meat and potatoes haven't been cooked yet.

It's obvious that NEW PI's are needed for GDR to succeed, the current PI's are topped up to the hilt - they've done their bit. A massive correction (dilution or otherwise) OR incredible news is required to attract new investors.

Very true Roger. It would be very foolish of Mr Cheek to continue throwing carrots to PI's. GDR will go bust before GDR wins a contract with the NHS, Mr Cheek has abosulutely nothing to lose in telling hard truths. Cheek must regain the trust of investors for any new deal to succeed.

No idea. I think there were 3 drawdowns: May, June and July, before the SP fell below 16p. I'm not sure how the rest of the deal works either wrt warrents etc but its safe to say the deal and the lack of great news cost Mr Budd his job and resulted in sub 8p SP.

heatwave in antarctica is very likely the coming months, wereas the SP of GDR moving north and staying there for a good reason is not.

Mr Chaiwala, in response to your post - then why is sp 7p? Because there is no money in the bank.

Why? because no-one believes GDR can produce a return on their investment in GDR.

Why? Because GDR haven't sold any/enough products.

Why? Because we are at least years away from winning a contract with NHS, we burn 300k per month, we haven't sold any product in years, we have the axe of a death spiral finance deal above our heads and our management is incompetent.
