Thread title is definitely misleading. Nothing's changed, just like yesterday we still have a ~£1m market cap main market listed company, with no debts, big mining names on share register, not forgetting an actual precious stones mine generating results already that the company say will be profitable.

The rule's a bit silly anyway when it's not like they made an announcement on the way down - yet the stock was 1.5p a year ago.

Has to be a good thing, confident it'll re-rate over time, will be much more sustainable when we see it rise organically.

Complaining about a 17% rise, you couldn't make it up really.

Only price target as far as I can see comes from Sath, who'll be better placed than anyone to know and worth repeating: "My ambition is to help shape Bluebird into a £1 billion company."

Thanks and I suppose we shouldn't take it too seriously anyway - Daily Mail after all, but overall PR like this can be gold dust. I can't actually remember ever being in a micro cap that's had mentions from likes of national papers like FT, DM, as well as across crypto media.

Once we go OTC, perhaps US media to follow? That could well truly take this into orbit. It's quite a compelling story to write about, unlike a lot of others we have that genuine USP of gold + btc in the one vehicle.

Nothing wrong with Gamestop comparison. It went from near bankruptcy to huge investor base still and now valued in the billions. Look at the 5 year chart - still up 2000%.

Good to see this getting a bit more deserved attention. Still a firm hold for me, so much potential to be unlocked here

But the way new chair has presented these seems like a kitchen sink job. Get the bad stuff out the way, throw predecessor under the bus (rightly so because Burrows, enough said). Seen it a million times. Then once that's out the way unlock good newsflow, that way new management get to be the saviour from ground zero starting point. Might happen here. That Daily Mail story could be significant, if/when the study formally published.

For first time in about 18 months company might now be worth a speculative re-entry at this bombed out price, imo.

I've loaded up here over last couple of weeks. The fact directors took up their full subscription rights speaks volumes. Sense only a matter of time before M&A. Watch this space.

You could equally focus on how the stock was 6p in 2020. None of it is relevant though because markets are forward looking and these historic prices reflect a different time for company. Even sleepy Rolls Royce has done a 1,000% move in last few years, doesn't then follow that it will be held back somehow by a mystery group who perfectly timed its low. The sheer newsflow here warrants a totally new valuation methodology.

So many catalysts on the horizon, it's actually quite hard to keep up. The OTC listing takes the cake for me. it wasn't until SWC went OTC did it truly go vertical. Which makes sense as majority of US investors effectively unable to buy until at the moment. OTC fixes this, and unlocks that wall of stateside cash

Interesting CEO is hinting at M&A. They should (and just might) merge with Impax, tons of synergies to capitalise on.

It's worth looking up the circumstances around Sorrell's WPP exit and what he is alleged to have put on the company's expenses. Also his age. Seems a very unlikely scenario, in my view.

That's too rose tinted a view. This is not routine; they would not have called in the FCA lightly.

Well you can relax now, I'm sure he has had his fun and has already moved on. With any luck going forward we can go back to actually discussing the company, rather than BS like this, board policeman etc, clogging up the board.
