I do agree about looking how far Coinsilium and SWC have gone - literally just based on actioning a BTC treasury strategy just like directors here have set out to do - shows where this could end up.

Phase one billing it as a new shopify by way of smokescreen to sell a growth story and get IPO away at top money plus Softbank cash. Phase two to mask group losses by enabling creative accounting chucking in all the extravagant costs as "internal revenue". Phase three once rump group shagged and loaded with debt carve out Ingenuity with prized contracts for effectively no money.

The other potential death blow to the traditional agency model, absurd as it might seem, is influencers. One potential read across for CLAI is them applying to list one of those altcoin stocks on US OTC market. SWC did same and rest is history, so if/when they do same for CLAI to open it up to US buyers, which seems a no brainer, could be just the thing to send it into orbit.

Seems TIR is their vehicle for altcoin related investment predominantly Bittensor, so more niche, whereas CLAI at least clear most recent fundraise to kickstart the BTC treasury.

I wouldn't be so hard on yourself, can't comment on the personal risk management side of course as we're all unique in that regard, but company wise it is fair to say there has been a series of management driven events that resulted in the bombed out market cap we see today. In any business failure, as with most things, the buck has to stop at the top.

Interesting to see Asos CFO leaving after 14 months giving only a couple of weeks notice. Unclear if he was booted out or not, leaving to pursue 'other opportunities' bit of old chestnut. Either way seems pressure on sector not going away.
