The next piece of news we get may be flow rates. Anyone know what we should be looking for?
I would need to look through the presentations to see if they mention cf/d or pressure. Anyone taken a note of this?
External lab test confirmation, info on what is happening with rig and crew (for costs), flow rates and resource info.
Anything else? Probably flow rates will be announced first but is there anything else we should be looking at?
Today was very much this. We were on an upward trend for most of the day and still need a 30% increase to get back to today's high.
I now have 30% profit on what I have invested in HE1. I was hoping to get the money back from NCT/MYN/AOG (which this was before HE1 reversed in). I now have 3.3% profit and a hair under 2M shares. So maybe I should sell it all.
Then again, my total portfolio is down overall (bloody Afren) so maybe I should trade the peaks and troughs. Or just hold... I will need to work out an exit strategy.
The lows today have been increasing (higher lows) so showing good buying pressure. Hoping for the same tomorrow but need to work out how to get my initial investment back while maintaining a position here.
I hope others have made it out or can see the light now. I wonder how Ian Stalker did? We never saw another holdings RNS from him.
It hasn't been spoken of for some time, but I thought I'd put a link to an older presentation that mentions what their intention was if a Helium Gas Deposit was found. This may have changed as there is now hydrogen involved, but gives an idea of what may be possible. I do not recall Lorna having discussed the extraction method or intentions so things may have changed. This is just as FYI for those who haven't seen it before.

Tai-1 & 1A had helium shows but it was gas-in-brine. We are looking for free gas - I think they had identified equipment costing £50k for extracting that.
2021 - June: Commenced drilling of the Tai-1 exploration well. After 70.5m a Helium show was found with concentrations up to 22,084ppm (2.2%) in drilling mud.
July: Delay at Tai-1. Further gas shows were identified from 552m-561m. Drilling suspended due to parting of drill pipe and being unable to recover the lost drill pipe. Decision made to sidetrack above the lost pipe at 483 meters.
August: Tai-1A Exploration well completed to 1121m. Deteriorating hole conditions and large washouts meant they were not able to run wireline tools downhole beyond 882m. No indications of free gas were found, with the helium in the drilling mud seeming to be from gas-cut-brine. Due to the hole conditions, no drill stem test was conducted and no samples of brine or gas were recovered. Presence of a seal and good reservoir potential was confirmed. Tai-2 well begun 20m away using the same drill pad. It completed without finding Helium. It was targeting the 70.5m show but wireline logging of Tai-2 demonstrated continuous clay over this interval, suggesting that the reservoir in Tai-1 pinched out against clay; which provides both vertical and lateral seal.
