For me imminent means this week - I've had big issues with CB not meeting deliverable's in the past. he's going, someway, to restoring my faith in him the last few months.

I'm sure he's more than aware of his legacy issues meeting deliverables here therefore, I very much doubt he would state 'imminent' if the assays were still weeks away....

I don't think it's FB plant/workings - Looking through the images some of the concrete structure looks well, a little 'tired' even broken in places. I know the life of plant is short in the mining game but it looks more than a few months old to me...

Have you had any comms with CB lately CE? - Be interesting to know his opinion re: the large buys/sells of late...

I don't think it's worth getting worried over - Best case, just II taking positions. worst case AA (or another big player) looking to position for a buy-out. In either case it's positive in my opinion.

I've seen similar SP actions before where there appears to be a transfer of shares (large sells & buys). By coincidence it was a low MCap miner too that had discovered a fantastic Gold asset. They were merged/dissolved into a much bigger company with CEO getting a seat on the new board. I still did pretty well out of it but it was nowhere near as good as it could have been.

Saying that., it's a little different here as the bulk of shares are probably still in PI hands and I's say CB would not be motivated by money or the offer of a seat on, yet another, BoD....

With the number of large trades over the last few weeks/months I'm surprised we've not had a TR1 - I guess it can be delayed, this is AIM after all, but by how long?!

I guess we will find out shortly A4444, he does appear to have 'turned over a new leaf' in terms of deliverables of late. Makes me think he perhaps just wasn't really motivated by our African assets...

I'm not sure if he's actually allowed comms with the company doing the assays during the core testing process as it's a legal document towards a JORC?! (does anyone know if this is possible? News?). If so it could be he's been given an indication 'good or not-good' at least.

Sohbutt - Really? - You're predicting this will drop to ~5p with assay results just around the corner?

Good luck with your 5p buy-in but If the results, lets say next week, are anywhere near decent the current SP will be a steal IMO

It's CB's way though really, he's done it many times before, and I wish he wouldn't make such statements without knowing the facts. Remember his early predictions for alluvial cash?!

A4444 - I think you are reading too much into it - In the last interview CB was telling us we, potentially, have a 'cup winner'. In his latest interview, based on his comments, we are looking at 1.4-1.6MT. I really think he's jumping from being conservative to getting a bit carried away with excitement.

No one really knows what RC will turn out to be - it's looking not too shabby tho that's for sure.

Hopefully assay's next week and we have a better indication of resource

Why are people getting hung-up on the phases? - Does it really matter?

I assume the geo's are just reacting to what coming out of the ground and are basing new drills on their updated model.

Plenty of cash in the bank for drilling and, from what Bird told us today, decent cash income (finally) from our African assets.
