As it looks like they are starting again from scratch (old company FlyFit) I can only guess that funds might be an issue for them.

Time will tell if they roll out the full line up.

How long do we give them (DSM) "preferential access to the use, marketing, and sale of Fruitflow based products which are based on the patent" for gut microbiome?

Would certainly be a good fit to include FF in their new up4 product line up and we know they used FF in the team products in the past and possibly still do.

However, they (DSM) have never shown the commitment to include FF in any of the consumer-facing brands of i-Health in the past. Lets hope that is about to change.

Timing wise, I think its more likely that ON were the reason pxs had to purchase more stock.

ON launched end of April early May so probably bought the stock in advance of 28/03/24 when we were notified that more stock was being purchased from DSM.

Also, which I find a bit strange, yes ON is an Irish company but they manufacture in Middlesbrough in the UK

I think the majority of the recent (now not so recent) production run of FF will have been used already.

Wellsite, not sure what you mean by new batches of FF. As far as I am aware no new batches of FF have been produced and we are still using the remaining stock that DSM held prior to the 1st Jan 2023 transfer of business agreement. This stock was reported to have favorable best before dates due to recent production runs.

We know that B-H have applied for "some related product registration applications" along with the health function claim. What we don't know is how many product registrations or what type of products.

Are they planning a big launch single product or could they be planning on adding FF to some of their already big selling products?

My guess would be a mixture of both but although I can see large orders for FF coming our way I don't see B-H firing all their bullets in one go. Or in other words I don't expect them to launch all the products they will have Blue Cap for at the same time.

Yes a "whim" that has lasted since 2015, cost the said company tens of millions (RMB) in research and development work and waited while the regulations changed to allow for new health claims. All this just so as the company could submit all the data they had gathered to the SAMR the next day on a whim.

I would assume that new stock is sitting waiting to be sent out to customers at the end of this month.
