Or were there two 4m trades at the exact same time and only one was cancelled?

If on the other hand there was evidence that DSM or SL was selling, and just to be clear there isnt, then I might be a little worried as to how low the SP could go.

If it wasn't for SL and DSM goodness knows where we would be now although DSM could have tried harder IMO :)

SAMR has created a five-year monitoring period of the new claim, during which the company (By-Health) obtaining the approval of the claim is obligated to collect a range of data, e.g., sales numbers, consumer feedback, etc., and submit annual reports to SAMR for review. During these five years, the new claim is proprietary to the company, and others may not use it.

Could By-Health have the announcement delayed until they are 100% ready to launch a new product containing Fruitflow? Does the 5 year monitoring period start immediately on SAMR's announcement?

Some kind of transfer would be my guess.

It is impossible to put a value on the company/or Fruitflow atm. Would any potential buyer want the company? More likely just the IP IMO.

I would much prefer Provexis was making good profit before any offer was considered.

Nobody can deny that the SP is pants Atm.

But, IF cant force customers to launch products before they are ready, He cant force DSM to pull their finger out wrt Gut Health and he most certainly cant reduce the ludicrous time it takes SAMR to approve new health function claims and Blue Cap. Strict confidentiality agreements also cover DSM and By-Health making detailed progress reporting to shareholders difficult.

On the other hand, as Kievski pointed out, the transfer of business has gone smoothly (this would have involved a great deal of work transferring customers) as has the remaining stock purchase from DSM so far without a fund raise and I am sure setting up a company in Ireland wasn't a 5 min job either.

I will probably get shot down in flames for saying this but if anything, I believe IF is taking to much on on his own and PXS would benefit from a few more employees to help with sales, marketing and all the other stuff it takes to run a business but atm we don't have the cash to support this on a full time basis.

Sure we could get someone else to do his job but they wouldn't have the same product knowledge etc.

So if anything we need someone to work along side him not replace him as others have been suggesting.

His salary was, from memory, £140k + £20k bonus.

Although I do not know him personally I am in contact with someone who knows him well.

Its been a long road and cannot fault anyone for getting a bit fed up with the situation as is, I have been myself at times.

Xpub, I am not in any way trying to influence your decision to sell or buy but the advice you have been given (wait till the AGM) seems to be good advice.

Just like to point out that a simple Google search for Fruitflow gives multiple hits from many countries for the product.
