I would imagine that we won't hear anything significant on Blue Cap progress until the health function claim is accepted by SAMR. IMO both will be accepted ( health function claim and Blue Cap product registration applications) at the same time and then the information will be released.

Again IMO, IF wont know or cant say when that will be.

The bit that confuses me is where it says "At present, the new function application materials have been received."

Received? why not submitted? and why not say At present, the new function and health food application materials have been submitted?

So has B-H "received" materials from SAMR regarding the new function (Health Claim) but nothing yet on the health food (products,Blue Cap).
