Despite this, Provexis did managed to get a supply and R&D agreement with By-Health outside of the DSM agreement and since Jan 2023 we have our first Global company on board.

You cant blame the CEO for all those years of non delivery.

Could PXS have done more to highlight Fruitflow? Probably.

Did they have the cash to do this? No.

I assume the 200+ a month is only from Amazon UK and Amazon Germany, France etc would have their own sales figures as would the many outlets throughout Europe that are also selling it.

I guess that supply for initial manufacture and stock of the product would have added up to a good few kgs of Fruitflow so lets hope both flavours are popular and restocking is high :)

If they (By-Health) want to "launch a high-tech and functional new product every two or three years to to bring real incremental value to consumers and the industry." then I assume submitting new functional claims will need to be an on going process for them.

There has been nothing to suggest, from what I have seen, that By-Health has submitted any other function claims other than for "helps maintain normal platelet aggregation function and is beneficial to healthy blood flow"

Its not ringing any bells but it would't surprise me if By-Health were looking at submitting more function claims.

If, and that's a big if, the application had been rejected then I am pretty sure that would trigger an RNS but remember it wasn't that long ago that Blue Cap approvals were taking around 3 years. China did manage to reduce this time substantially but this (health function claim) is a new process and we have no way of knowing how long it will take.

Not sure about the Irish regulations wrt time required to publish results.

Can't imagine them releasing an RNS just to say the health function claim is still on track.

"no new functions have been approved so far" Nether, as far as I am aware, has any other health function claim been applied for other than from By-Health and FF. The closing date of the 31st of Dec is for suggestions of what new health function claims could be applied for and not a deadline for accepting or approving new health claims.

IMO this has been undertaken because of the slow take up from other companies.
