We know they bought €348k initially as reported in the Capital structure and funding update on 3rd April 2023 but had "contractually committed to purchase more than €550k of Fruitflow".

We then purchased £341,000 (around 405k euros) as the 28 March 2024 RNS confirms.

So, as you say we have purchased around €753k.

I would think that would leave somewhere between 3 and 400k Euros of stock. The original plan was to buy 1/3 of the stock at a time over a 3 month timescale.

DSM have to buy their stock from us now so its unclear if they would use the stock they still have and pay us or as I would expect we have to ship it to them from our stock.

Recent stability data has confirmed that the best before dates of the inventory can be extended but we don't know by how long.

Its still a bit of a guess but I would say that there is still around 1/3 of the stock that we could purchase and it has extended best before dates. BWTFDIK .

If I was a betting man I would guess that Provexis will do a similar deal with the remainder of the DSM stock as the last time delaying any fund raise a little longer.

Got to admit, the more I look at it the more it looks a bit iffy.

If it does contain FF then its a big seller. So far today it is quoting over 1400 orders.

"Aids in maintaining healthy blood pressure levels" is already on the list and would only require Blue Cap approval if By-Health wished to go down that rout.

I am sure you already know this but some posters get mixed up between the health claim and blue cap.

If it was such a clear cut P&D and the FCA were monitoring/investigating this, in your own words, "well planned, skilfully executed crime" then why was no one ever brought to justice?

Happened early 2007 from memory and they had inside information on the collaboration agreement between Provexis and Unilever.

A little different from a pump and dump and I don't remember anyone getting hauled up in front of the FSA for the alleged p&d in provexis.

That's a difficult one but given they have just raised £2.4m and received £1m in tax credits I would give them another 6-8 months. But if they decide to go for phase II trials before then they will need a substantial input of cash from somewhere. Will have a better idea once they release their results.
