Agree alfista, We really could be doing with some news. Unfortunately B-H and SAMR remain tight lipped and giving nothing away leaving us fearing that there could be a problem.

I just think its an extremely slow process but it doesn't stop me wondering.

I doubt there is any political delay as that would go against its own governments Healthy China 2030 agenda for health and development.

I can't see how Trump tariffs would have any effect on the SAMR approval process for the "new permitted health function claim" and "product registration

applications" in China for China. The primary reasons for the time it has taken (20ish? months now) are likely the stringent evaluation processes and the novelty of the health claim. It is the FIRST application.

Remember, Its only a few years ago that it was taking around 2 years just for Blue Cap but they did manage to reduce this considerably.

My prediction.......

It will come when it comes. :(
