I am not so sure, although cant say for certain, but I don't think its drug related.

The patent refers to the compositions as a "health-care food".

"The invention also provides application of the water-soluble tomato extract in preparing health-care food with auxiliary protection effect on radiation hazard."

If I am correct, then, time scales could be much shorter to bring this to market than it would be for a drug. The health claim register already has a claim for "Provides auxiliary protective action against ionizing radiation hazards" and only requires "Animal function tests"

Not that I like to remind you but you, along with others, slated the company for its recent incentives (Options and Warrants) including the sales and marketing consultants.

Sales and marketing was the job of DSM up until 1-1-2023 and IMO lacked the push it needed. We have it they will come was my impression about DSM tbh. Yes there was a bit of a push at the start but that soon fell away.

From, and even before, 1-1-2023 Provexis has not had the spare cash required to do any marketing or pay for a full time sales team.
