Rightly, these recent options and warrants are protected if there is a change of control of the Company and were only granted following close dialogue between the Company and its larger shareholders.

If I was to guess, and that's all it would be, I would say the health claim approval will be in June but before that I think we will get notification on stock and how it will be or was paid for.

In an ideal world stock will arrive just before B-H need it.

I think we would all like to know the answer to that.

5 of the 6 recent patents where applied for on the 11-12-24 and the other on 13-12-24. Having these patents in motion could ensure B-H are ready to capitalize once the health claim is approved by SAMR. The fact that they were all done at the same time could also mean approval is close.
