"Total revenue for the year of £1.29m (2024: £802k), a 61% year on year increase, reflecting strongly increased demand from existing and new customers for Fruitflow throughout the year."
Tomato Extract: A Potential Rising Star for Cardiovascular Health or an Overrated Hype?
"Some studies even predict that if WSTC is widely adopted in community health management, it could significantly alleviate the pressure on primary healthcare resources in my country."
Provexis was suspended on October 1, 2025, they have until approximately April 1, 2026, to publish results before a delisting risk.
Remember, during suspension, the company must continue to disclose material information via RNS and as there has been nothing in the suspension RNS or after that would assume bad news is afoot then all the conspiracy theories look to be just that.
The company only "anticipates that the audit will be completed, and Accounts released by mid-October 2025."
(obviously a little late again)
I am as frustrated as everyone else but there is nothing we can do until the auditor has finished and signed off the accounts. Or we get an update on the delay but I don't see that happening.
No mandatory company rotation for AIM: Unlike companies on the main market which must have their auditors change every 10 years, there is no such rule for AIM companies, say Fieldfisher.
Mandatory partner rotation: While the company's auditor does not need to change, the audit partners do. Key audit partners are required to rotate after a maximum of seven years, followed by a three-year cooling-off period.
Provexis auditors were Shipleys LLP that has merged with and rebranded as Moore Kingston Smith. Provexis then went with its new auditors, RPG Crouch Chapman LLP, and as we all know the shares were then temporarily suspended because the accounts were not completed on time.
Another company, GSTechnologies Limited, have been through a similar issue. But not the same.
Their auditors Shipleys LLP now Moore Kingston Smith wouldn't complete the audit. MKS resigned due to an involvement with the company in cryptocurrency so they appointed RPG Crouch Chapman LLP.

Fruitflow™ is the most effective agent against Heart Disease, now available in more than 90 countries
1. Fruitflow™ (FF) isolated from humble tomato is effective against multiple platelet aggregating agents, ADP, Collagen, Arachidonic Acid, and thrombin, whereas aspirin is effective against only thromboxane thromboxane-mediated pathway (not against thrombin)
2. Human trials with FF showed that 97% of subjects positively responded without adverse effects
3. FF has a strong inhibitor of ACE (like captopril) and may lower BP and increase NO production via Bradykinin (trial will commence soon)
4. FF inhibits tissue factor (TF) binding to activated platelets, and reduces TF activity in HUVEC, lowering thrombin generation– a mechanism for venous thrombotic events. FF also lowers cytokine release from TFFVIIa/FXa-activated HUVEC mediated by phenlic glycosides in FF.
5. FF became the first product in Europe to obtain an approved positive health claim under Article 13.5 of the European Food Safety Authority regulations.
20 servings per tub @ 50mg per serving = 1000mg of FF per Tub.
1000mg x 500 tubs sold per month = 500,000mg of FF or 1/2kg.
So 1/2 kg of FF per month from Amazon UK alone.
Multiply that with every other outlet in the U.K., Europe and beyond and Glanbia global nutrition group (Optimum nutrition) must be ordering a fair amount of FF.
