Thank you all16 Feb 2024 06:56
Thank you so much for your condolences and kind words, they mean so much, I love the poem and will show it to his 93 year old mum and the rest of the Watkins Clan. It's been a long time since my last post, in fact I haven't logged in for quite some time, but knew Paul was active on here, and he was so frustrated with the share price falling. One of the initial attractions was the size of his portfolio!
He was a wonderful husband and we had such a wonderful time for the short time we had together despite cancer, covid and all the other things life throws at us. He bravely fought the cancer for five years, and in November when the targeted wonder drug that had lasted about a year stopped working his decline in health was rapid, it was ghastly to witness. He's now at peace and as he would have said life moves on. His funeral will be in Salisbury in late March - date to be confirmed. It would be lovely to see some of you in person if you can make it.
Lots of love, Su (All my own opinions) xxx
