I suggest reading the companies RNS releases and data packages.
The patients would receive significantly more AVA600 than they would standard six. That’s is the whole point of what the company are doing.
Dox dosing is limited by side effects - principally lfe threatening cardiac toxicity. Whilst a great MoA against tumours, rarely curative as the maximum lifetime dose is reached before a ‘cure’
AVA6000 can be given in much higher doses, more frequently and for longer (maybe indefinitely) until the cancer has completely gone.
That is to say it may be a cure and the amount given will be greater. The amount charged per dose may also well be higher.
So in short. More profit, incredible PR for the company with ownership.
(I’m not even going to bother with the fact that this will be a proof of concept for Precision which can be applied to many more compounds)
