Looks like we have a seller and a buyer playing on our turf.
1.78 to buy and and 1.63 to sell seems like a very big spread to me.
So maybe the seller has gone and left it to us. As we know every sell must have a buy, but at what premium.
GB
Morning. There appears to be a big seller out there looking to either sell shares awarded for contracts or someone trying to hold the price below 1.8p
what and whoever they are, the buying pressure seems to be winning. Anyone got L2 info.

Paul is talking to Mark and Mark gives him a good listening to.

PJ has stated in the past that Power is an exploration company, but nothing to stop the sale including smelting rights etc.
The options on Tati seem to be fairly open and I would expect several of the adjacent prospect holders to be keen to get into the data room, if there is one. No doubt Paul will inform us as soon as he can, if he hasn't already.

Good news indeed. The addition of Lithium and Tantalum to the production stream will give us a much healthier cash flow and focus the Lithium market buyers towards a new and high grade source. Tantalum has a high value use in many IT products and so we move onwards and upwards, especially if COP27 brings action instead of BS. 2023 could be the year for ATM

The Reef seems to be a lot longer and shallower than I thought. And the added bonus of being in a District with several other existing miners who might toll any ore thus saving any capex on processing. The mention of tailings is also of some interest as the earlier processing would leave gold, often in large quantaties in the spoil as it was too fine to identify. Will a larger neighbour help us out by buying the whole prospect???
Whats not too like

I am personally in favour of a good information flow from a company. It allows me to at least make decisions based on current facts rather than a diet of past successes or failures and little or no debate. As shareholders I think PJ is aware of this and treats us in many ways as if we are the owners of ...hang on we are the owners.
The lifestyle boards do not consider their shareholders in that light. The seem to reflect the view that they are doing shareholders a favour by allowing us to participate in their private venture.
I have learnt more from PJ (and BT at Kavango) than all my other holding combined, so I hope they keep making me read not just the RNS but the variety of presentations via Stock box . Other platforms are available.
IMHO

Thanks Tiggrrr
Missed this one.
Got the invite now.
Cheers
Any price sensitive information must be released through an RNS, so the zoom can only describe what has been done, not what has been found.
I would rather wait a few more weeks and have accurate information via Assays than have XRF hand held possibilities from the drilling camp. What we don't know is whether there are already other interested parties looking at Molopo.
I also believe that Nickel is difficult to detect with XRF, but nice to think it could be a strike of any of the Nickel, Copper, Platinum metals we hope for in large amounts.
Ever the optimist.
A nice day on this board, with humour and no negative comments about other posters.

So an Additional 59% to take us to 87% interest at a cost of £807,000 (in Shares and Warrants) with a payback to the vendors should the whole package be sold for $10,000,000 in future.
A million dollars buys a chance for $10,000,000 if a JV or earn in is agreed.
Warrants that are double and quadruple today's share price and an option to buy them back if the share value increases dramatically.
Whats not to like in this deal.
No doubt someone will tell me.

The width of the reef , and the length will be defined by further drilling, but as the depth is very shallow, in mining terms the cost advantage of such deposits is fairly clear.
I have interpreted PJ's plan for Power is as an exploration company, not as a mining outfit. So to find gold in some quantity in an area that is known for its "generosity" after 3 results, with 6 to come it would seem to me that we have a JV or probably an asset to be sold on to one of our larger mining neighbours. They can meet the cost of mining as they have the expertise and the finances.
Whats not to like.
All in my honest ill informed opinion.

Unless I am mistake most drill hole diameters are less than 10 inches. A reef is a long, and in this case, underground extended geological feature which in our case seems to contain gold. Open cast mining will just remove the minimum of surface cover to allow the reef to be followed. The area seems to be one with many successful mines doing what Power Metal are doing, finding a good starting point and working out from there to maximize potential. Sounds like a success to me with 47 g/t, but others are deramping because they are looking for a lower entry price.
Hold for Gold. GLALTH

Morning all.
If Havieron alone is a 30 million ounce Tier 1 mine, and we own 30 % over time the return to GGP will be HUGE.
Simple sum...and shoot away if you choose to... $1000 after costs are removed. We own 9 million ounces (copper included) results in 9 billion £,s. at todays prices, with no nickel or other PGMs
And no holes yet in Ernest Giles, or the other tenements that we hold.
Your families will be rewarded long term. Hope I live long enough to spend most of it.
GB
Having got our mitts on an extra few Million does this mean we can go drilling ????????
GB
Looks like three great minds think alike.
GB
we are jumping ahead a little. I doubt whether PJ would want to be the mining company. More likely the deal (if nickel is found in the quantities and quality needed) would be to set up a JV with a major and take a % share of the value of the nickel (and other PGM's). Setting up a mine is a very costly business and at this stage of the development of POW probably a step too far.
But GGP have done it so why can't we? PJ did get GGP sorted on the finances and got Metal Tiger to success so he has the pedigree.
GB
I see this as a positive move to take PHE and Protos forward. Too much procrastination and not enough action from the Board.
GB
Tray this looks like a shrewd bit of business to me. and the runes on twitter are suggesting that this was a deal mooted by either PJ to BT at Kavango or vice versa. Perhaps we all benefit from a close relationship with KAV.
At least we get communications from both CEO's when things happen.
Spade..the other side of the coin is that GGP could not have come up with the readies to fund such a project and would have had to sell at a bargain price of less than $125 million just to be able to explore and drill any of our tenements, or asked shareholders for more and more cash over the years.
At least 25% of a mega find is better than most small explorers can expect.

Just watched a new s.toc.kbox report on KSZ .
