NIce to see this rise but I think it will take off when an RNS lands explaining the plans for the next 3 months.
With UFO though good news usually prompts selling so WTFDIK

I am amazed that the two spin off companies now trading GMET and FCM are not impacting the value of POW shares.
Both are operating in very secure and desirable locations, having conversations at what I believe are high levels within the US and Canadian Governments and are allegedly finding minerals that are high on the US exclusion lists for overseas purchasing after 2026.
Uranium, Tungsten, Lithium, Gold and hints of Molybdenum as well. Whats not to like.
I see this list and wonder where they share price of all three companies might be in a years time.
Higher by some serious margin when the shortages begin to bite.
AIMHO but WTFDIK

The volume and price of the shares purchased today suggest that someone with deep pockets and a desire to get in while the going is good value. 15 million shares today have gone to a buyer (or Buyers) in lumps of over 400,00. If Barclays have been touting the potential of Uis and the other tenements around the majors, has one begun to sneak in a quick parcel to get a rather influencial foot in the door. Has the Board decided on the JV partner already and encouraged involvement before it hits the market.
Very positive signs I think.

Just listened to Alan Green's summary on stockbox. He gives a very positive view of where this small explorer might be going in the near future.

I have just watched the proactive vid and Mark seems to be a very sound and knowledgeable leader of the team. He delivers from the shoulder in a clear and concise manner and (for me) has a grasp on the whole package of prospects.
If one comes good its a game changer. If more than one comes good then watch this space. and POW as well

Not more Uranium on the horizon. Looks like we may be in the right area after all. now we need a rich JV partner to help us drill some holes in the ground. With the season coming to a close in a month or two it may be next spring before that happens, but the only way is up.

Someone is keen to keep the price as low as possible???

It strikes me that the emotive issue of "Nuclear" is now beginning to carry a little less weight in the light of development of mini reactors and small scale hubs. However there is a long way to go and it will always be a part of the solution rather than the whole. Do nuclear subs and warships use uranium effectively, and should we look to develop the giant cargo carriers in the same way. They tinker with "green" fuels and sail, but long term ? maybe better.
On another point. Is PJ's policy of IPO for spin offs beginning to show a small light at the end of the tunnel, with FCM and GMET looking to attract attention in the near future??

Alien Metals Ltd (LSE AIM:UFO), a global minerals exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that it has, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Iron Ore Company of Australia Pty Ltd (“IOCA”), entered into a mandate letter providing for an exclusive right to negotiate project funding and offtake arrangements (“Mandate Letter”) with Anglo American (LSE:
Oh dear.. so Anglo American have made a real mistake and have cancelled any chance of success with their Due Diligence in 2022. That is almost a year ago.
Average "mine" take 10 years to commence production.
Long Term Holders might be right here.

Feature on kitco news this morning. American interest might show Monday pm. They do love a good gold mine.
In his last statement I understood that Anthony said, or implied, that the plant would be ready to run tests in July, ready to increase from pilot to full phase. Still 14 days to go before the end of the month.
To be fair he often under promises and over delivers.

Well spotted Cooper1. Tungsten is one of the USA demand minerals for defence, and as we know the yanks are keen to enhance their supply of Lithium from friendly sources.
Hope Barclays are directing their attentions in the direction of the US military

Agree with the sentiment Moab, especially the "what have they been doing", but what can we do? buy more, hold or sell.
The White family have been supporting this outfit for years, and the recent interview given by Mr White was firmly behind the process of plastic conversion to energy, hence his links to Hydrogen Utopia.
Once again we are in the middle with nowhere to go.
GB
Most of my local supermarkets are now taking back most types of plastic, including the wrappings and sot matter that we cannot put into our normal recycling bins.
Surely "Tesco" or others move the stuff about, or have the facility to move the plastic they gather to a facility with a micro DMG, thus generating electricity and perhaps hydrogen for local use or SEG tariffs.?
About time the big boys started helping to solve a problem they have been instrumental in creating.

Thanks Toptiger
Yes, I have always thought that if Gold miners and silver miners have often reworked the tailings when the technology to do so improves then the same principle might apply here.
But I gather there will be no shortage of supply of Tin, Lithium and Tantalum for Andrada as there are oodles of drilling opportunities on the licence
GB
Morning. Has there been any confirmation in the past that the existing spoil heaps from tin mining can be processed to extract either tantalum or lithium or both using the new plant being trialled and built. I have been back through the RNS file to no avail. Any offers from others more informed than I

Hi Mikemine
I get 60 dollars per MWh. $0.06 is 6 cents x 1000 KWH = 60 Dollars I think, but considering our grid in the UK charges about $0.40 per KWh that is a very low cost to the end user. No wonder the market is being supportive (at this point in time)
GB
I guess the traders were hoping that an announcement regarding a potential buyer of Lithium had bee agreed, or MOU signed or even another funding source might be identified this week.
All seems to be heading in the right direction, but it will take as long as it take. in my opinion we can trust the board to progress this beauty to its full potential in the fulness of time.
Long term hold here
GB
It was clearly stated in the video call with Rod that he would only put out an RNS when something had been completed, or agreed with other parties regarding progress.
I believe he is a shareholder and therefore has "skin" in the game. The final outcome with this sleeping giant of an Aim share is, I believe a done deal. Patience is a virtue and he cannot control the minor ups and downs on the way.

From todays rantings, mine included, anyone would think that we have been robbed of 30% of 10 million ounces of gold at $2000 per ounce with an ASIC of less than $1000.
I hope the copper and gold and the extension of the crescents is still there, or has SD silently spirited it away.
