OrthoPure was only given the CE mark in June, and TRX plans to start delivery later this year. That's just one of their products, and I think a modest deal with a view to increasing next year makes sense.
Then there's the agreement with the mysterious white label manufacturer which we haven't heard much about at all lately, as well as the expansion of the San Antonio facility.
There will be some big sells soon I'm sure, but once the overhang shrinks I think we can start making some headway over the coming months.

I realise that any news (especially the good stuff) will be fed to us in dribs and drabs - they don't want to hit us with it all at once for obvious reasons (I would still hold, many wouldn't).

Just been looking at a 5 year price chart, which shows that at times, the SP was around 20p. Surely that would put the MCap in the billion ball park?
Apart from the legal case (over), the Woodford fiasco (nearly over I hope), Covid (no idea when that will be over), Cyberattack (also over), what other events have there been which has reduced the MCap by so much? I only started investing here in January, so I know I've missed a lot.
In fact I've just looked at a 10 year share chart which shows that at one point (around 2013/14) that it was over 30p.
Why has so much been wiped out? I realise that at 30p it may have been overvalued, but was it overvalued at 20p?
The current SP seems ridiculously low right now.

I just wish they'd hurry up and get them sold to be honest!

jimjam - Marketwise it might not have fully hit home yet, I'm sure things will settle.
There's one person on another BB who has predicted that this SP will rise to 50p!!! (To be fair they haven't put a timescale on this, but nor have they given any reason at all as to why they think this might be the case).
Like many others I think this SP is very undervalued, but to get to a SP of 50p would mean an mcap in the billions wouldn't it?

Don't be despondent, I am convinced that it will head north at some point, but we will have to sit tight - which has never been my strong point!

Good to see some firm positive news here, and I think the fact that they have managed to secure this in such unprecedented times is all the more impressive.
I've a way to go before I break even (I think my average is 0.78), but every bit of good news brings me just that little big closer.
That said, like everyone else, breaking even is not my end game!

I'm not sure why these have been cropping up, it may be CFD, but I know very little about that sort of thing to be honest.

You raise some valid points about the outsourcing. Another thing I hadn't considered when I posted was some of their staff will have been working from home, and with this in mind, maybe TRX feel this is also an opportunity to scale back on some office space and the overheads that go with it.
Funny you should mention Twitter, I had a look last week and was surprised at their lack of input. I realise it won't be high on their list of priorities, but what's the point in a business having an account if they're not going to use it? Haven't looked at their Linkdin profile.
Maybe there will be a £1 party in years to come - it would be one hell of a party if it came to pass that's for sure!

It would be interesting to know whether or not the new premises will be bigger than the old. A £400k saving in overheads would suggest not, but I don't know Swillington and Garforth, so don't know if one area is considerably more expensive than another.
Just seen a comment on another BB where someone has predicted the SP will be 10p by the end of this year - sorry not happening, and I know I shouldn't state that for a fact, but it would take nothing short of an act of God for that to happen.
In years to come it would be great if there was a £1 party for TRX - remind me, what's the average life expectancy again? I'm in my mid 40's, so not sure if I'll be around to see it!

I'm sure I read on here a while ago that they are notorious for being short term holders. That being the case, there's a possibility that TRX would have half expected this.

I think it's a good decision. They're only moving up the road so to speak, yet they can make significant savings. It would make no sense to me if they stayed put.

Don't forget that August tends to be a quieter month. It's probably in TRX best interests to drip feed any news as slowly as possible, as there will be many who will sell, although there are plenty, like me who have no plans to sell in the immediate future. I doubt a takeover is in the offing, but I do feel that 133K sell is concerning.
I doubt we'll have any significant news this month, but this is just my own opinion.
Personally I'm really frustrated that the SP is bobbing around at the current price, but I don't think it will go as low as the Primary Bid offer in May.
All we can do is wait and see what happens I suppose.

Things have changed a lot since February, and whilst I would like to think that 8.20 is doable, I think it's a long time off I'm afraid. Just my own thoughts though, and I would be more than happy to chomp on a hefty slice of humble pie if proven otherwise!

Sinden888 - I agree. Not knowing who this company is, is doing my nut in! One name did crop up a while ago, but it was just speculation, not fact.
I think we might find out fairly soon though. Some massive buys have gone through as we all know, but maybe they're holding back as they know it will probably mean a lot of sells once the company is named.
Just my thoughts, nothing else.

I worked it out the other day that if the SP went to a pound, I could buy my dream house and retire early.
Thing is, even if it did ever get that high, my dream house will have probably fallen down and I'd be well into retirement anyway lol.
I do see great things for TRX (not £1 great), but my opinion is that this SP is probably as low as it will get.

Fingers crossed it is a buy, but unfortunately the share charts sometimes display buys as sells and vice versa, so a more accurate way of putting it would be to describe it as a trade.
I really hope you're right though.
