@Chester - yes, you're right about shares in the US being listed in dollars and not cents. But I thought in order to be listed on a US exchange it had to have an entry price of at least $4? (Obviously it can drop, but anything less than a $ and it risks being delisted as far as I'm aware).
Obviously putting the cart way before the horse here, but your comments are always an interesting read - in a good way!

@TOB - Ha ha, at least I'm in good company :-)
I've also developed the rather unhealthy habit of thinking to myself 'If the share price got to £1.95, I could buy my dream house and give up work' (I live in the north, if I was in the SE this though wouldn't even occur to me). I very much doubt the share price would get that high, and even if it did I'd probably be past retirement age anyway. Oh well!

@lunchboxbill - I doubt I will be topping up here again either, especially as I have my eye on other shares. My average is 0.92 and I hope to be here for the long term. There are two reasons why I haven't left this BB, one - I still want to know who the company is, and two - I'm just too d**n nosy.
It would be nice to have the discipline to stay away, and I think this will be easier once the SP settles down a bit and I'm not working from home!

There are lots of reasons to be positive about this share
Funding secured - tick
Demand for goods - tick
WLM agreement with a large company, (still dying to know if it's who we think it is) - tick
Expansion of premises set to go ahead - tick

But the thing which is making me nervous is the possibility of a deep recession. It's already hit the States, and it hasn't really started here yet. I know some seem to think that it will be short lived, and economists do get things wrong, but there isn't really anything else about this share which makes me nervous.
All my own opinions, which are in no way intended to affect the SP either way at all!

@The_Saint - thanks for your reply, for some reason they've gone into my fund account, not my ISA which is a bit odd given that I haven't used that account for a long time.

@The_Saint - I'm with HL too, but mine aren't there. Not too bothered as I have no intention of selling, but have you noticed whether or not your average has gone down? That's what I really want to know!

Overall a positive read. It will be interesting to hear the outcome of next week's meeting, particularly with regards to the outcome of the fundraise. Whist many people are understandably cheesed off about the very heavy discount, I remain curious as to why some want to vote against it. I can only think it's either to deramp, or it's a decision based on emotion. Just remember, the more they raise, the less they have to borrow. If holding on for longer than intended is what it takes to get to a satisfactory SP, then so be it.
Nothing more than my humble opinion of course.

The point I was making was precisely that no-one knows what the SP will be.
I asked how you arrived at your forecast of £2 minimum, as that was how you presented your comment. Humour / sarcasm/ wit etc, etc, doesn't always come across too well in text, especially when it's from someone you don't know.
There are people who will pretty much take every positive comment seriously as that's what they want to hear.
We shall just have to wait and see, and today is a new day.
Hopefully this SP will settle down soon - for the better :-)

JoeSoap1 - You have completely misunderstood my comment. I asked you why you stated a SP of a minimum of £2 in 5 years - it's quite a statement to make, and I even made a point of saying that the most accurate thing would be to say we have no idea what it will be.
I'm fully aware of the BS that floats about on this board, and I'm a LTH myself.
I am genuinely at a loss as to how (or even why) you would want to twist my comment? After all, it was succint enough - or so I thought.

@JoeSoap1 - it will certainly be interesting to see whether or not it will be oversubscribed, especially as the offer is only open for 4.5 hours.

@Chester - in RNS at 16:43, it mentions that the completed expansion programme will increase the company's revenue generation potential by up to $36m per year.
I think that might be what Bigbear2 is referring to.
