Another well thought out & prepared message / question & answer game StarChild, please do keep them up. We are in the lap of the oil gods, no amount of ramping / de ramping on this or any other board will change the outcome one iota. If you plan to invest in this or any other company, research, research, research with a touch of luck to add to the mix. Will CEG or whatever variant she morphs into in the future actually make us LTH any money, I certainly hope so. Do I enjoy reading the mostly positive posts by SC, yes I do. Are the opposites worthy of consideration, yes as long as they are relevant and not personal attacks. These only weaken your message. I’ve waited 10 years up to now for this incarnation to show its worth, I hope it’s been worth it.

Guys, we are so close to having news that will either back up some of the less positive opinions or underline the glass is half full variety. IMHO less than a week. Once we have cast iron news, we can then dissect and critique it with some basis of fact. I prefer to have a positive attitude and look for glimmers of hope where I can find it. We all know how close we are to the Venezuelan basin, we know there is oil bearing sands where we are drilling, its just a question of how much this will produce and for how long.

A tad harsh DavidBrent. We have some good opportunities in front of us if Saffron proves a successful. Let’s see what happens over the next few weeks. I’m betting we will be double the current SP by the end of August.

I’ve been in the quagmire that’s was LGO/CERP/BPC and is now CEG and put waaay too much of my savings in here. My overall average is £0.29 & I’m planning to do things I want to do in 4 years time. I’ve done quite well on Tullow buying the bulk at £0.11 each ( pure gamble if I’m honest ) but it would take TLW to be well north of £1.50 to cover CEG. So, I’m hoping for some good news to be drip fed to us over the next few weeks/ months. StarChild, I’m in your camp but may steer clear when you’re Blowing Bubbles. Brilliant.

Whilst they have alluded to their take up of the shares, I believe we need a strong and robust message from our BOD... buy their entire allocation of shares and add some of their own money on top and not just a token amount. If this opportunity is as good as they say it is, why not?.... A very disgruntled and slightly embarrassed investor who believed in Mr Purple and his team... Then Mr Potter and his team.... and now Eytan and HIS team. I broke all the rules of investing, became emotionally attached and I'm now 93% down. Will I get back to a BEP, only time will tell. I've written off these shares and put it down to a lesson well learnt. My only saving grace is the purchase of Tullow at £ 0.09... if only I had the investment amounts the other way around I'd be almost a millionaire by now. Back to the day job...

Schoolboy s******s aside, I take my hat off to BPC so far they have kept to their statement of a tight hole. We are all left speculating... not long now.

Morning, follow your blogs regularly and find your insight of great help. So, the questions is whats your take on the next 2 weeks for BPC? Gamer changer for the Bahamas & BPC, its on your bucket list… will it be moved to a must own? I'm loving the speculation surrounding the share, if it proves to be a winner or a duster, you could write a book about the past 11 years and it would be a best seller. Oh the intrigue, skullduggery and eventual….??? Now its the ??? thats on everyones lips. Roll on the 18th Feb, in the meantime there's a life to be lead. What I can say is that there is a book being written about it and the author is standing by with the last chapter!!

You are right about the next few days, day 45 is on Thursday and currently in my views wells are drilling quite quickly so we could hear this week.

At least they are not a one trick pony any more and even if the well is dry they have Columbus to play with and I know that the price will tank if it is dry.

Lovin' the speculations, the ship is leaving the docks & not going the standard route, the tea leaves settled differently this morning, LLL was actually nice to someone, I saw 18 magpies ( I'm sure thats the one for oil ) cant remember how many times I've kissed the blarney stone... you name it, we all have our superstitions. Mine is patience... the LTH's on here have had plenty and here we are just a measly 21 days to go. Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas... too early? Only time will tell. LK leaving is a bit of a mystery, but the drill is still turning. Without further explanation it's just speculation, reading tea leaves, chucking bones on the floor....

SP's statement on the insurance did contain a comment that I didn't pick up on, but our resident LK clone StarChild ( I am joking ) by April we will know if the Bahamas is an oil rich nation. Interesting.

I rewatched LK's presentation on why we merged, his body language says everything to me. Yes, ok, he's hardly going to be negative, but the nuances and subtlies of people's body language are sometimes difficult to hide. I believe he was convinced we were into a winner. ( I believe... that parts important )

Back to what's left of the day job... happy speculating.

...a tad harsh considering we are only a few weeks away from finding out if we do actually have any oil. As for the Bahamas turning down the revenue, I find that highly unlikely. 40 miles from the nearest inhabited Bahamian island, strong currents and already a multitude of oil tankers travelling this route. With the proper guarantees in place, I cannot fathom why the Bahamian people would turn down such a wind fall. Still, its all subjective as we have yet to find any oil. Mr Purple leaving due to personal reasons is a bit of a side swipe, he has always said he wouldn't desert the share owners of CERP ( check previous interviews ) and he was aligned with them ( 1% of the overall company value were his words I believe) So, the optimist in me says that there's oil, not sure how much but its there. LK can legitimately say he left the business fulfilling his promise to support the shareholders. Maybe he didnt want to muddy the waters once the announcement is made. Quite frankly who knows? We are all just guessing. Some of those whos research is exhaustive have perhaps a more targeted opinion, but its still guesswork. Not long now and one side of the argument will claim victory and the other defeat, lets just hope we are all magnanimous in our victories what ever side you are on. My glass is most definitely half full... or more aptly 30% full.

I'm still convinced that's Leo will grab back the CERP assests once the P1 results are in. I've said before I'd follow him back there if he does. Exciting times continue.

So... we are now past the halfway stage.... loads of exciting information due out over the next few weeks. P1, Saffron 2, Suriname, Uruguay... the list goes on. We're invested in a very exciting and potentially life altering business... sit back, wait for the RNS's and have the sparkling water or preferably vintage champagne at the ready.
