DubleD - If I understand correctly you bought in anticipating a rise into results and looking to offload without exposing yourself to the risk of waiting for the results to land. I'm sorry that the Lansdowne et al debacle has laid waste to those plans.

It's probable you will still see a strong surge prior to results and since the hospital has now completed recruitment the timer is very much ticking.

Perhaps tone down the negativity a little bit I understand the disappointment but perhaps put these in the bottom drawer for a few weeks and check back in you might be pleasantly surprised.

John - 42.75 was a pure fluke the quote came through and I didn't think twice, seconds later when I tried to place a second order it went to NT. Normally at that point I find I can place a limit buy at the current price on Level 2 and it usually gets through.

In this case they took the money out of my account which I assume means it went to the dealing desk but no transaction confirmation came back currently my funds are still in limbo somewhere...

I'll wait and see what Monday brings.

Look out for after hours delayed trades. MM's are just doing their job.

Let the placing shares churn and then wait for liftoff, volume here is allowing the shares to be shifted relatively quickly.

Tiptree - Entry point can make a lot of difference in shares especially during this covid period.

If not invested already I would advise not to rush an entry and if your funds allow invest in several tranches maybe a few days apart or even weeks.

And be patient, the nature of the current market is that it is highly likely you will see and hear of +50% rises in a day that's not normal yet I fear many new investors think it's common place.

Nolupus - Very true, what is meant by the term Headline Results? Is this a basic summary of the key points or is it just as simple as we met primary end points data looks encouraging?

I think the point people are missing here is that sales don't need to be huge to have a material impact on the share price.

We are also heading into the game with a very strong manufacturing capacity, so we are ahead of the curve on that. It means we can go after large contracts with the confidence to be able to supply with a low lead time.

I'm theorising that COPD and COVID data will show the same trends however in the case of COVID we might not meet the primary end point simply because we need to get there earlier or at a higher dosage.

As long as the trend exists in the hospital trial this would be a good sign and should lessen the drop as we have a second bite at the cherry with the AT Home trial which should be more favourable.

For me the fact that we are allowed to dose at Risk patients 50+ shows the drug must be well tolerated so there is probably some room for maneuver on dosing levels if required once the data is available.

As Nolupus has always said the eventual outcome is likely to be a tuning of the patients interferon signature the trials are a way for us to calibrate our delivery strategy.

£2-3 perfectly possible on successful readouts for COPD and COVID.

If we fail to meet primary end points in either of the trials we would need to be seeing a trend in the data that shows promise otherwise this could be <10p

With a trend that allows us to modify trial design dosing etc somewhere above 20p is probably fair, but then you get into the discussion of securing further funding for additional trials from a poor starting point.
