Tiptree - the strengths of these boards is when everyone clubs together and pools their research i'm always excited to see new articles published both positive and negative. There has been some fantastic stuff looking back through all the posts and a good mix of characters to challenge and try and supress the echo chamber effect.

The TR1 speculation is just that speculation, i'm sure we will all find out soon enough what is going on although it seems this weekend some here uncovered that atleast one party is being a bit slowing releasing their TR1 to the market.

I'm going to get on with some work now and hopefully the board can move on from name calling and back to inteferons.

This is what many took offence too after a few expletive filled rants.

Then when called out immediately followed up with.

"I said average holding. I have no doubt some will hold more. "

Well which statement is it? Large holders don't exist or no doubt some will hold more.

You strike me as someone who will make things up as they go along.

Tiptree - He has a point but his delivery is way off mark. His entrance on the board last night was to attack a load of people here rather than add anything meaningful.

They seemed overly obsessed with how much people have invested here, and personally he has not added anything of value yet.

If he can find some research that proves SNG will get bad trial data I will applaud him for saving us all the pain of waiting.

But all they are suggesting is they will sit it out for results to fall and then probably come back here and say I told you so if they drop or magically claim they got in at a really good price on the way up on good news.

Seems to be a fantasy trader to me.

3weeks to analyse data. The 3 weeks is a figure that I have verified from multiple sources from people who actually work in this type of field, people I know and also sources I do not know.

So get your facts straight, there are lots of people here and on other forums that have done a huge amount of research on the subject matter, that's what you do when you are investing hard earned.

LiveLong - No one has anything more concrete on timing than what you have posted as this is the official lines from the company.

However consensus of people who have worked on trials like this before is that it will take about 3weeks to review the data.

This puts a date of approx. 16th July for Hospital news and if you want to speculate further assuming they opened COPD ASAP it could arrive mid to late June.

We seem to be on very opposite strategies ref the wider market I've made my money there when the prices really where bargain basement, i'm planning my exit pretty sharpish to cash.

Furlough is cutoff in October companies have to give warnings on redundancies in advance July/August is going to be carnage IMO FTSE is far too inflated currently.

Some great research took place this weekend with proof being uncovered that several funds have been accumulating holdings.

Interesting that Miton Acquired their holding in April so obviously saw value at a share price Considerably north of here.

Does anyone know of a spread bet provider that will actually let you open a long position on SNG currently?

I’d like to leverage up but with a guaranteed stop but IG won’t let me.

LiveLong - Thanks for posting this, when the news broke about Anti Covir I remember thinking if only they had done a placebo controlled trial.

This bodes well for SNG, better life are now funded to do a phase 3 trial for AntiCovir versus a placebo. With our data sets from COPD and the Hospital trial we may be able to get emergency use authorisation in conjunction with expanding into phase 3 trials.

COPD alone is a share price north of here.

We have nothing to fear from a vaccine, and a vaccine will not work for everyone.

Notice how only young healthy people are trialing the vaccine currently, our trial has been granted approval to recruit older at risk groups.

The Miton holding may well be just under the 3% threshold. Hence no TR1.

Being cynical here but perhaps the timely Lansdowne RNS's where to paint the initial picture to the PI that they are dumping the MM held the price in the region they where happy to get out at. Other II's began to load up a bit at that price.

Lansdowne finished selling but others ii's didn't stop buying so Lansdowne delayed their final TR1 so the PI still thought they where dumping once the new ii's are done buying TR1's will appear and then the shackles taken off the share price.

No fact in any of the above just a cynical theory but little surprises me these days.

Nice to see Miton on the list if it’s correct, Gervais Williams is an excellent fund manager.

Any vaccine breakthrough is much needed for the state of the economy. I’m sceptical about how quickly we will be able to roll one out or how effective it will be. But any progress has to be a good thing.

Regardless of the vaccine situation if SNG proves successful there will be a huge demand for the drug, with or without covid.

Covid has been the catalyst to propel this drug closer to approval.

Now if SNG are part of the Acacia deal would that have been playing out in the background trading prior to the deal being done?

I would have thought that they would have agreed a value for the SNG shares and done the deal off market?
