As yesterday I think shares are being forward sold for a placing for us to obtain our max holding in Bellascura in advance of its IPO. It could of course go for a dual listing in US and here given FDA clearance. That would value our stake at probably more than our current tiny market cap.

Now with this news of a heavyweight board at Solarius I think this is being lined up for an IPO too. That would crystallise huge money for TEK.

Then add Guident where exciting news is imminent and it all makes sense to keep the faith and hoover up at this price which is my strategy.

TEK going to raise a bit of cash to exercise their rights to buy more shares in Bellascura is my take hence the short term weakness. I remember first time they raised at 10p and the price doubled within a couple of weeks if I remember.

Once they get their hands on a really good stake then Bellascura will float and TEK will either have a large sum of money (likely more than market cap) to invest or will pay a special dividend.

Topping up at these prices.....placing done then away we go. Good luck ALL

Report in the Times today about China reducing length of time required for academic study to boost the birth rate.

So if (more like when) we take up the warrants and the option to buy more shares in Bellascura we it will take our stake to circa 28%.
